When I moved in with my girlfriend the room we had was just way too hot especially in Arizona heat, so I got this and it actually has changed our lives. The price for how well made the product is great, the temperature goes all the way down too 65 so that’s amazing, doesn’t weight a ton so you won’t break your back, and it’s pretty low in noise when on, the only time it gets louder is when it’s on full blast but it actually kinda is like white noise so it helps me sleep. Plus an added app to have your room cold when you come home after a long day of work unlike some of the other Ac’s at this price. 10/10 product money well spent for sure!!! ... show more

This is a pretty decent portable air conditioner. I got this one to replace our older one that stopped working. The build quality of this smart air conditioner is way better. Also this one has a few more features as well. Starting with one feature that this portable ac unit has that our old didn't have is smart capabilities. That is one of my favorite features. I'm not only able to control control it with the simple to use remote control but I'm also to control it with Alexa and my phone in the dreo app. Speaking of the app, it's very easy to navigate and easy to use. I'm able to set schedules and timers in the app. I'm also able to turn it on and off when I'm away from home in the app. The installation process was so easy. It came with everything that I needed like hoses and the window kit. It has several different features, the main feature and reason why I got it is for its cooling. I have it setup in my home studio because it getting really hot when I'm filming because of all of video lights and filming equipment. My home studio is basically a average size bedroom that I turned into my studio. It really does a good job at keeping my studio at a good comfortable temperature. Now instead of running my home central air system just to keep my studio cool, I just use this. To my surprise it really puts out a decent amount of cool air for where I'm using it. So far it has been working great, and me and my wife was so impressed with it, that we decided to order another unit for our kitchen. ... show more

This AC /heat unit is comparably priced with others on the market, so why would you want this one over others on the market? First, it’s very quiet. I’ve owned another brand, and this one is much quieter. Additionally, the remote control has easy to follow buttons and even though the unit itself has large numbers to see the temperature, the remote has a backlit display to also see the temperature. If that’s not enough, you can download an app and control it via your phone. I live the feature that allows for oscillation, something not seen at this price point elsewhere. Plus, you can stop it exactly where you like for more direct air flow. The unit comes with several panels to fit a variety of window openings, and they are a thicker plastic than other competitors. They also can be locked into place. The company provides 2 thicknesses of weather stripping so you can get a draft free install. Personally, I love be that you can easily move it room to room to take your comfort with you to any room you need with little effort.
