I have a cute metal daybed with a trundle that I purchased at a great price a couple of years ago from Wayfair. I use this in my spare bedroom as a guest room and room for grandchildren. I originally purchased the cheapest mattresses money can buy. They were 8 inch spring mattresses and they were fine for small children, but I sometimes nap in the room and it was very uncomfortable and I could feel every spring. I have a guest coming for a couple weeks and needed to spruce up at least one of these mattresses, without having to buy any new mattresses. I originally purchased a Pearlecare 3" memory foam mattress topper for $79.96. You can find the product here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08LQ87YMC?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details It was perfect. I took it out of the cover and let it puff up for a couple of days. I washed the cover and put it on the mattress. I covered the mattress and topper with a thin zippered mattress protector and purchased a fairly cheap quilted mattress topper to go on top of the whole thing. It was so plush and comfy that I had to purchase new deep pocket sheets. I needed deep pocket sheets for what was once an 8 inch mattress. Can you believe it? Anyway, it was really nice so I decided to do the same thing with the trundle bed. I didn't want to spend quite so much money on it, so I purchased this 3 inch topper and did the same thing to it. The only difference I find with this one and the Pearlecare is the cover. The cover on this one does still have the straps to hold it on the mattress, and I like the position of the straps on this cover better than on the Pearlecare, but I prefer the cover to the Pearlecare better because this one has some sort of rubbery textured bottom. I assume it is to grip it into place on the mattress, but the straps work well with that and with a mattress protector, quilted cover, and fitted sheet, it isn't going anywhere. I don't like the textured bottom because I don't think it will hold up to multiple washes like the Pearlecare will; however, this price was much cheaper and I clipped the $10 coupon so I only paid about $59 for this one compared to the $79 I paid for the Pearlecare. So, with that being said, this is an excellent deal and if I had it to do over again, I would still get this one due to price. With it inside of a mattress protector, beneath a quilted cover, with a fitted sheet on it, how often am I going to need to wash it, anyway? It covered the entire bed and works very well. I didn't measure it, but it does look to be about 3 inches and it really is comfortable, especially with the quilted mattress pad on top. Feels like a brand new mattress and I can no longer feel the springs. It is quite plush and you will sink into it a bit, so it is not really for those who like a harder mattress. ... show more

I bought this because I didn't want to replace what has been a very good mattress that was still to firm. There is a lot to like about this topper: - Very comfortable especially for a side and stomach sleeper - Doesn't get too hot during the summer - Cover can be removed and washed; zipper seems to be good quality There is one thing not to like: - The straps are too high in the corners to keep the topper from moving around. If they had made them lower down or made them go across instead of in the corners it would stay on. So far it looks and feels comfortable. All memory foams are alike. Only the quality of the foam makes a difference. Also any toxics materials that is used in making the mattress is not good when it gasses. This did not have a bad smell. This Mattress topper is heavy, high density foam. It has all the attributes of good expensive memory foam. In an hour it inflated to a uniform 3 inch thickness. I did remove the cover and put the AC fan on. My other high priced mattress top compressed and released too quickly and was soft. I needed a more supportive top: medium and of high density. My firm mattress is hard. With a foam top it is an incredibly comfortable bed. To keep this memory foam top from moving; buy a cover for your main mattress that is bigger in size and stick the mattress topper, without its cover, inside the cover. It is a tight fit so it is not easy but it will never move after installing. My waterproof cover protects both mattresses. Being a Posture Alignment Specialist; Poor posture pain can't be corrected by your mattress. It just gets worse as noted in many reviews. Asking for pain to go away after getting a topper is a bit naïve. However a bad worn mattress will be very uncomfortable and over time cause poor posture.. The company is based in China with no website... it does have a support email address. I think you will get a better deal then dealing with the more well know products.
