Super comfortable and helps my back. I could feel the cooling feature when I first got it but once I covered it with a cooling mattress cover; I don’t see a difference. The foam is a little too big. They say you can trim it but I haven’t because I think that would cause a big mess.

Well I gave it a 3 because it did work for 2 weeks, for the first 2 weeks it worked great, but after that i still have back issues , I even turned it around on the bed like you do the mattress and my back still hurts: There was a smell but it was not that bad.
