First, I'll say that this is a very pretty sofa. The velvet is high quality, short napped, but soft. Very good stuffing on the back, and the cushions are firm and thick. I anticipate that the stuffing will wear well. It's not uncomfortable for a firm sofa, and I don't feel any springs or cardboard. Feels like real furniture. The color descriptions aren't quite accurate, if you are picky about colors. They are all very pretty, high end colors, vibrant, but may not be what you expect based on the name. I've also discovered that it is difficult to photograph velvet, as it appears much lighter in the photos, I suppose because of the nap. And because this velvet has a bit of light reflectiveness, as a high quality. The "Green" is much deeper than appears in the photos, and is an emerald or forest green. The "Navy Blue" I would call a Sapphire, or maybe Prussian Blue (leaning toward teal, a touch of green rather than purple). I haven't seen the Peacock color in person. The assembly is not difficult, but you need two sets of hands. And everything fits tight, so get each step right along the way. The sofa is not heavy, so it doesn't feel totally solid - kids jumping on the sofa not a good idea. Overall though, I am very pleased, and it's a beautiful piece for a very reasonable price. ... show more

So pretty and the sturdy. The fabric is soft and thick quality. The buttons are sewn on well and the legs sturdy. It’s gorgeous and actually very comfortable to the point where I love sleeping on it more than in my bed. It was pretty easy to put together as well. A couple pieces came chipped (wooden legs) and the company just sent me a whole second sofa and told me to keep the first one. Seemed like overkill but great customer service. We replaced the chipped parts and put everything else in storage. Whenever this sofa is ruined by our cats (let’s face it, they’ll claw it eventually) we’ll have a replacement. Best customer service I’ve seen ever and my favorite sofa I’ve ever bought! Can’t recommend enough! Buy it now if you’ve been debating it ... show more

Very happy with it! It arrived by UPS in one huge box, which thankfully wasn't damaged. The sofa comes disassembled and the parts were very neatly packed (see photo). The two bolster pillows aren't hidden anymore (per other reviews), it seems the manufacturer has listened and they got rid of the zipper pockets that were hiding the pillows, you can't miss them now. Unfortunately instructions for the smaller loveseat came with my full-sized sofa, but I was able to figure it out without much trouble, it's extremely basic assembly and I was able to do it without the help of a second person, took me 20 minutes including taking some photos along the way. Hint -- if you're trying to fit the pieces together by yourself, do it with the sofa on its back instead of right-side up. This is _not_ a living room sofa, I got this for my home office. It sits a little lower and overall it's smaller than a full-size plush couch, but could serve well in an apartment if space is limited. Also the back is low, and rather stiff -- if you're someone that likes to _fall_ into a couch instead of sitting down like a regular human person, you would probably hurt yourself with this one. The fabric is really nice! lush velvety feel and nice rich color, though I expect it to fade over the next year or so. I thought I'd be getting two really dinky little bolster pillows but was pleasantly surprised, they're larger than I expected. The two broad seat cushions are firm but good quality, with springs inside. I put the cushions on the floor and walked all over them for a few minutes to help "break them in" a little, I think it helped soften them a smidge. Buying furniture sight-unseen was a risk that could have easily gone wrong in a few ways but I think I lucked out this time, very happy with my new sofa! ... show more

I bought this sofa for my office. The color is so bright especially when the lights on. I like the feeling of touch. It feels so soft and comfort. Sofa is very well constructed, material holds its shape and easy to maintain. I would highly recommend this one. Great price for a quality product that will lasts years to come. My husband and I had been looking for a while for a living room set that matches our 70s velvet moody vibe- and this looked perfect. We ordered one which eventually became a second to make a full living room and we could not be any happier. These are so comfortable and easy to clean. We got the color ginger and it looks so ethereal in the sunlight. Our dogs are also very fond of the sofas and it is their favorite place to pose for photos.     • Beautiful but low quality

I purchased this couch just a few months ago, but I've waited to write a review. I wanted to see how the couch holds up the everyday use and see what the quality of the couch is like. GOOD: The couch is easy to assemble and despite the box arriving damaged, the couch was packaged well enough to avoid damage. It was easy to put together. The fabric is a nice quality and is easy to keep clean. The overall style of the couch is quite beautiful and it fits into my space perfectly. This will be easy to take apart and transport/store. It is lightweight. I was able to put this together by myself in about 20 minutes. BAD: After just a few months, the cushions are starting to show indentation and wear. I am 170 lb male and I am not rough with the couch at all. The cushions are not very comfortable. You can feel the springs, you can feel the center bar that stabilizes the frame, etc. With heavy use, kids, pets, etc. these certainly wouldn't hold up. One of the buttons has already come off of it. The stitching around the arms of the couch are not done very well and show stress, which is odd because they're hardly used. When you shift your weight of the couch, it can creek, you can feel the spring move, or you can hear the foam underneath of the fabric make a noise. Overall, it looks great, but feels quite cheap once it's put together. For the price, I had hoped that this would hold up for at least a year but it's showing wear and tear after just a few months of being used a few hours each day. It isn't very roomy/designed for laying on. So if you like to veg out, this wouldn't be the couch for you. I'm 5'10" and I can't lay down all the way despite going with the larger sized couch. If this couch were perhaps 10" longer, it would be much more comfortable. The pillows included are decorative and were zipped into bottom section of the couch. They aren't comfortable, so I swapped them out for regular throw pillows. They brighten the couch up and make it feel a lot more luxe than it would be on its own. The bar in the middle is uncomfortable but necessary. It does stabilize the couch but it's uncomfortable to lay on or across, despite the cushions covering it. If you have three people sit on this, the person in the middle would be terribly uncomfortable. If you're looking for a couch that will hold up to daily/heavy use, keep looking. It's best for a formal living room or a space that isn't used for a long time or used heavily. It's easy to put together but the overall quality of the frame and the materials is a little on the cheap side. I'd expect a bit more given the price point. Overall it isn't bad, provides a great look and feel to my space, and will work while I save for a better couch. ... show more

I thought the velvet would be a little more plush...more like velvet vs almost suede sort of texture. So I was disappointed in that regard. However, color is spot on. Two person assembly less than 30 minutes, and mine came with TWO EXTRA square pillows in addition to the 2 round bolster pillows! Not sure if that's a fluke or new and not noted in the description, but I was pleasantly surprised. It also comes in so many colors! For the cost, size, amount of weight it will hold, and ease of getting it in place (vs a pre-assembled sofa from store having to lug that big thing home), I'm HAPPY with purchase and would recommend! ... show more

I put this sofa together in literally 15 minutes, alone. Easiest piece of furniture to put together, ever! This is small sofa is beautiful! The first initial sit on it was not comfortable (as I sat smack in the middle on the edges of each cushion), but when I sat more toward the middle of one of the cushions, it was, my daughter had the same experience and thought it was comfortable after readjusting herself… we absolutely love this sofa! Also, received it 4 days sooner than expected!! UPDATE: After a few weeks of sitting on this sofa we decided to go with a much larger, more comfortable (bc it just seemed less and less comfortable as time went on), loungy, squishy sofa we were able to test out in person… I moved this sofa to my office. My cats and kiddo still like to lounge on it while visiting with me… ... show more
