I put this together with no directions as the box was torn, so I hope I did it correctly! This sofa is so easy to assemble and so lovely. I was timid to purchase furniture online & this was a great experience! I do live on the 2nd floor & the box was bigger than me so I had to bring the pieces up separately, the seat cushions are one piece & the only awkward part to carry for me. If you could have help if you're small that's probably a good idea. It's sturdy and soft and the color is just like the picture, a pretty muted rose. HOW did I know the enclosed hardware wouldn't be correct? They omitted the 2 washers, and included tiny dowels that weren't needed. So odd that they can't get 5 pieces of hardware right. Also, the illustrated instructions are misleading....they portray the front legs going in the wrong way. At any rate, assembly IS easy, and the color and fabric are gorgeous. I took months to decide where I wanted to buy a new sofa for my office from. I saw this couch on TikTok and I decided to purchase it. I love that the couch came faster than expected. It was relatively easy to put together maybe took me about 20 to 30 minutes. It’s super cute. I’m tall and the depth of this couch is perfect. The height is not even so bad. It’s just not as pink as I thought it was I would go as far to say it’s a little bit more mauve than it is pink overall, I’m happy with my purchase. Update: this couch is used in my office so it’s for looks not for actual function. Anyways my 1 year old son sat on the couch and the couch hit the floor. The legs are damaged and I didn’t realize this when I was assembling the furniture. I tried to contact the seller and request additional legs and I was told to provide a contract and wait 20 business days. I wouldn’t waste my time. Just take your $400 and purchase a couch from someone else. Update: the seller reached out and was extremely accommodating and worked to make sure my issues were resolved. ... show more

From reading the other reviews, all I can say is that I must have lucked out because my couch came on time, was the correct couch, had all the pieces and was undamaged. I had no need to contact the manufacturer and had no difficulty putting it together and have no complaints about the size, construction or quality of the components. The fabric is very nice velveteen, well sewn and the couch itself is exactly what you expect/what the seller has described. The couch is very firm, but I personally find that more comforting than a squishy couch becuase it feels more secure. I don't think anyone taller than 5'8" could enjoy this couch, however if you are tall and you like it then I am wrong. My entire family is petite and we enjoy it just the way it is. I agree with the reviewer that suggested you not make this your main couch as it is very firm, but I bought it just as a loveseat in my bedroom for decompressing conversations and bedtime prayers and it works great for that. ... show more

So the couch is pretty. Sturdy feelings and hard/soft in a good way. But the 70inch sofa is very small. The dimensions place the seating area around 60 inches which I feel they shouldn’t list as a full 70 inch sofa but it is what it is. I reached out to the seller because I thought they sent me the loveseat but they say it’s the right one. They refunded $40 for the “misunderstanding” which was nice. But yes very small. ... show more

The back is a little lower compared to my last couch, but over all this is very comfortable. The pads on the seats offer a good amount of cushion, the fabric feels nice. I am about 5’2 and I can lay down all the way on the sofa. The way it is packed is great for me because I am currently living in an apartment and will move at some point. Bought this for an office. Really easy to put together by myself and they included extra parts! The fabric is lovely and everyone is super happy with the couch. It sits high enough for most ppl and isn’t slouchy. Only single drawback is if you need to move the couch often. It assembles by sliding parts into slots so if you pick up the arm side the couch comes apart. Not hard to put back but takes effort is all. Wish there was a screw or two. ... show more
