This matress feels very comfortable not too soft or to firm. I purchased for my young adult daughter and she seems to be happy with it. The only thing I don't like is when you sit on side of the bed it tends to sink in to the point you can't sit there without sliding. The rest of the mattress feels good. I like to sit on the side of my bed but this is my daughter's bed not mine so it's fine but it is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 its also a great value for the price set up was also easy just open the plastic and watch it expand but be careful it's a little heavy.

Buying a mattress online with no way to test the comfort level is somewhat daunting, but this mattress is definitely a win! This mattress comes rolled up in a box, and is quite heavy, so be prepared. I was able to carry it, but it was a bit awkward. To set it up, simply unroll the mattress, and let it sit for a day or two for the foam layer to expand. In my experience, it looked amazing right out of the box, and we were sleeping on it within 24 hours. This is my first hybrid spring/ foam mattress, and this is definitely the way to go. It is made durable, and with the springs in addition to the foam you get a more sturdy mattress that is just made better. As far as comfort, my daughter went from an all foam mattress to this one, and was amazed at the difference in comfort. We have had it set up for over a month with no complaints, and she has slept well every night. As an adult, I tried it out, and would recommend for an adult as well. It provides firmness so you don't sink in to the mattress, but also has the soft foam layer for softness. Overall an excellent mattress, and a tremendous value. 100% recommend.

This is a great quality mattress for the price. We had struggled to replace a mattress for our teen's room, wanting to get them something thick and supportive without breaking the bank. We were very happy to find a mattress at this price that wasn't a meager 5-6"! This mattress was well packaged and easy to set up. We let it off-gas and expand for a couple of days, though there was no noticeable scent and very little difference between the day we unpacked it and the day we installed it, so you could probably put this down right away if you're in a hurry. Our teen loves it in terms of support and comfort, no complaints.
