Shipping was fast, boxed good, easy to install. Only been better if instructions would tell you how to take glass off and put in stones and wood would be really helpful. For everyone else there are 2 silver screws on each side, take them out and glass door comes right out and you can install the plastic bottom, stones, wood ornaments. Only thing concerns me is that aft running heat for awhile I notice cord was really warm. Might want to plug this into a GFCI for protection. ... show more
