Worked perfectly! I had the tool stretched out & ladle attached at the correct angle when I took my dog out, with leash on, first thing in the morning. When she started to squat, I slipped the ladle under her. I used the large ladle & even though she squats quite low, she never even noticed! I poured the sample in the handy container that came with the ladle, slipped container into a sandwich bag in refrigerator until I was ready to take to vet for testing. Appreciated the full length of stick & adjustability of ladle for the correct angle. Worth it for Ease of use and Reliability!

Our female Boxer had a full checkup including a urine analysis and this product worked so well. We'd been trying for several days to get a urine sample but it's nearly impossible because she's so low to the ground when she "goes". After several failed attempts this caught a significant amount for her test on the first try. I appreciate the little zippered bag that contains the everything, the adjustable handle, two size collection cups (we used the small one) and the container to take to the vet. With 3 dogs it's a useful addition and transports easily. Good product at a good price. I recommend this product.

There's small dogs and then there's really short-legged dogs. My Corgi is running through life on 3" legs. He is uncooperative for the vets, and my trying any other means of collection had him cut the stream off instantly. These dogs, geez, they're so suspicious! LOL Anyway, the very first time I used this: PERFECT. He didn't notice and catching enough urine for testing was a cinch. BUY THIS!! So worth it.

It's not the easiest. The syringe is a joke. I didn't use it. But I had 100% success rate on 2 attempts. My bitch is prone to uti's.
