I’ve been using the Dreame Z1 Pro for about a month now, and it has completely changed the way I take care of my pool. I was honestly a bit skeptical at first, but this thing delivers. Setup was super simple charge it, drop it in the pool, and it gets to work right away. I love that I don’t have to mess with hoses or pumps anymore. The Z1 Pro navigates the pool efficiently and actually climbs the walls and waterline, which my old pressure cleaner couldn’t do. What impressed me the most is how quiet it is. I can let it run while we’re hanging out in the backyard, and we barely hear a thing. It also picks up everything leaves, sand, dirt, even some small pebbles. The suction is no joke. The filter basket is easy to remove and rinse out, though I do wish it were just a little bigger (we get a lot of leaves). Still, emptying it once isn’t a big deal. Battery life is solid too, I usually get a full clean on a single charge. Also want to shout out the customer support team they were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond when I had a few questions during setup. Overall, super happy with the Z1 Pro. It’s reliable, well-built, and has already saved me so much time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a no-fuss pool robot that actually works.

The media could not be loaded. One of the standout features of this pool robot is its remote control capability—it’s incredibly user-friendly. I can steer the robot whenever I want and easily bring it back with no hassle, which gives me a real sense of control compared to other wireless cleaners I’ve tried. Battery life is another strong point. With three different cleaning modes—ECO, STANDARD, and POWER—it adapts well to different cleaning needs. I ran a test using the ECO mode, and it lasted for nearly four hours, which was more than enough to cover the pool floor. Beyond usability and power management, its cleaning performance is excellent. It tackles pool walls with strong suction and consistent, efficient movement. What’s more, the robot intelligently maps and follows its own cleaning path, making sure no area is missed. It's clear that this is more than just a basic cleaner—it's a smart, dependable device that takes the hassle out of pool maintenance. I’m really looking forward to seeing how it performs throughout the summer.

UPDATED: It's growing in me! Their customer service is awesome (5+ stars), but the Z1 Pro battery life struggles with my large pool (20' x 34',10' deep). However, it's acorn season in Texas and there's a constant "plop....plop" in my pool. The Z1 Pro is doing a great job collecting acorns!!! Dreame continues to update firmware to improve battery life and performance. The ultra-fine filters work well to remove fine dirt. A little more battery life and it's a 5-star choice. Dreame's super power is customer service. Their people are incredibly knowledgable and helpful. I feel like I have a dedicated technician and software engineer improving my robot for me. My previous robot was a DolpTriton II, corded, which worked great for over 10 years.

Right now, I am extremely disappointed in the Dreame pool cleaner. I've had the product for 8-9 days and I tried to get it going the first day. There was a problem with linking my phone to the robotic pool cleaner. I've made 3 calls to CS and sent multiple emails. This seems like it should be a pretty easy fix, but they are saying it is hard to know what the issue is. I will be sending it back by weeks end, if there isn't some resolution.

Pros: suction is way more powerful than most or all other cleaners, the filter basket is big and easy to remove on top and easy to clean, the scrub brushes are strong and get all the gunk up, the remote is a great asset, the app makes it easy to see what’s going on, it runs so quietly and smoothly and love its cordless. Very easy to set up and use. Cons: takes 5 hours to charge, can’t do the floor and walls of my standard 20x40 ft pool on one charge, Overall: it’s worth it and a great pool cleaner

Its underwater navigation system is particularly noteworthy; it can autonomously plan a cleaning route to ensure that every nook and cranny of my pool is thoroughly cleaned. It excels at cleaning the walls, demonstrating strong suction power, organized operations, and high efficiency. It has truly become a smart and dependable cleaning companion. Regarding battery life, which can be a concern with wireless devices, this model offers three modes: ECO, STANDARD, and POWER cleaning. According to the app, the ECO mode provides sufficient battery life, and I conducted a test that showed it could clean the bottom of my pool for about 4 hours on a single charge. Additionally, I need to highlight how great the remote control function is compared to other wireless pool robots. I can maneuver the robot as needed and retrieve it whenever I want. I'm really looking forward to seeing it continue to perform well this summer and help me keep my pool clean with ease!
