BEST mattress with pain free sleeping
Style: Legacy Classic Hybrid Color: White Size: Twin XL
I read the reviews before purchasing, reading the pros and cons of buying this type of mattress. I went to a local mattress store and tried out their "hybrid" mattresses, not telling them I was sizing it up for an online purchase. This was significantly cheaper than buying from the stores in town. I read one gentleman's review that gave me the confidence to give it a try. He raved about how great the mattress was and would return to give updates along the way to inform whether it was only a quality mattress in the beginning and if it depreciates along the way type entries. I am happy to say, "that guy was spot on" - it's a great mattress. Yes it is a little different than regular mattresses - if you are trending to always sit on the very edge of the mattress (not fully with your knee and butt area all on the bed) you will feel what you think is a weakness and it's not firm (I assume this is normal, as the local store hybrid mattress was the same way...). You have to literally sit fully in the bed with your knees right up the mattress before sitting down to avoid this. Once you are in the bed it's amazing - it is not weak by any means, it is extremely comfortable. I have a bad back - birth defect - have had to sleep in a recliner for the last few years. This is the FIRST mattress that I can actually sleep on and still walk the next morning - I have thanked God nightly upon lying down because of the relief and comfort this mattress offers me. I primarily sleep on my side with some back positioning at times. My husband sleeps on his side/back/stomach and he likes the mattress also. We could not sleep in the same bed because of our varied preferences and needs in a mattress. We got the wild idea to buy 2 xl twin mattresses and put them together to build the king bed. It's PERFECT, we don't wake one another up moving around, can get in/out of the bed without disturbing the other one etc. My need for a firm/softer mattress and his need for a firmer/not as soft as my preference mattress was met in this one mattress selection -it's literally the BEST mattress we have ever slept on. HIGHLY recommend this particular mattress. ***I bought 3 xl twin mattresses - one for me/husband for the king bed and one for my elderly 85 yr old mother who said her back was hurting with the old mattress. We are all three very happy with our selection of this hybrid mattress that arrived in a box haha That alone scared me - arriving in a box? Who would have thought it would turn out to be such a godsend for us all? **NOTE: I was prepared to buy whatever mattress type I needed and whatever my husband needed - which is partially why we went to the mattress shop to test out all of the mattress types in person. I anticipated us to have different mattresses due to our history of hating the other one's preferences for a mattress...amazingly we both ended up liking the same mattress in the store over all other high-end mattresses (the hybrid won us both). I would have to say - this is a HIGH-END mattress as it definitely met the criteria of consumer satisfaction - which should be the ruling element in determining what is "high-end" and what is not. ... show more

Excellent Support for Hips and Bavk
Style: Classic Hybrid Color: White Size: King
I bought this bed about 5 months. It is comfortable, doesn't need a mattress pad, and the matress is thick. Great for my back, supports hips, back, and neck. I have no complaints. I'm so pleased with this purchase. I've bought very expensive mattresses in the past. This one is well worth it and better than more expensive name brands. I did get the bed with the coils because I wanted extra support. ... show more

Great mattress
Style: Classic Hybrid Color: White Size: King
Really comfy – great so far I’ve only had this mattress for a few nights, but I’m already sleeping better. It’s super comfy with just the right mix of softness and support. The memory foam feels nice, and I haven’t been waking up hot, which is a big plus. It also comes with a full year trial and a forever warranty, which made me feel better about trying it out. So far, no complaints—just solid, comfortable sleep. Definitely happy with it! ... show more

Off shore customer service
Style: Classic Hybrid Color: White Size: King
Every bed in a box I have bought always opens up side down. So I thought I would call the Dream Cloud for tips on how to keep this from happening and I get a non English speaking person who has no idea what I’m talking about. I hung up and sure enough the mattress opened up side down. Turning it over is a pain and so unnecessary. No videos tips on their website and the funny thing is I get an email the next day from Nectar wanting me to evaluate the previous day’s call person and service center. I will report the bed is fairly comfortable but not as firm as described. ... show more

Best sleep ever!
Style: Classic Hybrid Color: White Size: Queen
I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for about a week. Buying a mattress online can be daunting but I took the plunge and am extremely glad I did. I did quite a bit of research prior to making my decision and that helped as well. I am a side sleeper, small in stature, and the firmness of the mattress is perfect. If you like a very “smooshy” bed, this is not for you. It is definitely on the firmer side but not rock hard. My hips and back feel no pain or pressure and I sleep all night quite comfortably. I am also a hot sleeper and I feel no excess heat from the mattress either so that is a relief, living in Florida. The only negative about the mattress is that the sides are not very supportive, you literally slide out of the bed…sitting on the edge would be kind of precarious. But the bed is so high the my feet don’t touch the floor so it is not a big issue for me. All in all, a very excellent purchase. The most amazing thing about my purchase was that Amazon credited me for the entire purchase price as there was a bit of a snafu with the delivery, it never came when it was supposed to, no one knew where it was, etc. But Amazon does not disappoint and I’m truly grateful for their amazing customer service. They certainly did not have to do this but they did. Thanks so much Amazon. ... show more

Too soft
Style: Classic Hybrid Color: White Size: Queen
I bought 2 of these mattresses. They are much too soft, but the reason for a one-star rating is that I have been trying to return them and they make the process very difficult. Amazon says to start by contacting DreamCloud, which I did. DreamCloud says that because I bought the mattresses through Amazon, they would have to contact Amazon on my behalf and get Amazon to contact me. I was told I’d get a call or email within 48 hours. I did not. I waited 4 days, then called again. They promised that this time, I would get a email or call back the same day. I did not. I believe I am getting a run-around instead of the promised easy return that I should be experiencing. ... show more

Honestly amazed at how good this mattress is.
Style: Classic Hybrid Color: White Size: Twin
This mattress has honestly blown me away. I am 35yrs old back surgery for scoliosis, have 2 rods bolted to my spine now. chronic back pain and weigh 230lb. This mattress has greatly reduce my daily back pain. It does get a bit warm but for the level of comfort I get its a fair trade off. The edge have no support they will sink down when sitting on the mattress I don't understand why so many reviews have an issue with that. It does not cause any issues, the mattress doesn't warp/loose shape. I love how the edge sink in when I am sitting on the edge honestly. I have slept on it for a few nights and I look forward to falling asleep every time. ... show more
