  • Easy to use, hard to use well
This works well enough, but I didn't understand quite how a drawing tablet worked. I though when I laid the stylus down it'd work like a mouse, picking up wherever the mouse was at the time... Instead the whole of the tablet functions like a mirror of the entire screen. I got this to try and take handwritten notes on my computer, but the above behavior made it hard to take notes that remained consistently placed and spaced. Overall it works ok, but requires more thought about where I am going to write the note before bringing the stylus into contact with the tablet. It would probably work better for drawing than taking notes, but I'm not very artistic. ... show more

  • Good for beginners but not the best
The price is low so I don't think it will bed the best tablet or something. It is easy to use, small, compact, and lightweight. The important thing is I need to tap 2 times before drawing a line, if not, it won't show up on the screen like I hadn't drawn anything.

  • It's good but not 100% clear on useage
It's good but my only peeve is I had to look up online how to turf n it on to use the mobile screen feature. The other issues are the mobile mode doesn't use the full surface of the device which is mildly annoying. Overall for the price it's a nice compact tablet.

  • Great tablet to have
I like this tablet, its smooth it responds well and it's cheap for it price. It's a great tablet for beginners if you want a name brand based tablet and your under a budget. Warning though if you have the galaxy A series the tablet mouse wont appear but you can still draw. Something about the phone doesn't support the tablet. Also keep the box if your want to protect it from everything. ... show more

  • Favorite portable pen tab!
This is my second pen tablet from Huion. I primarily use the Kamvas Display Tablet, which has been wonderful for me, but of course that display tablet is bulky, requires lots of cables and a power source. I decided to try the Huion HS64 as a portable option since it was an inexpensive purchase, and if I hated it then I wouldn't be out much money. I ended up being pleasantly surprised! I honestly think my favorite feature of the whole setup is that it is battery-less. So if I need to run to starbucks on short notice to meet a client, I can throw my laptop in my bag with this tablet and I don't have to worry if I remembered to charge it or not. Quick sketching on the spot with clients is sometimes important for my business. Additionally, because there are no batteries, the tablet and pen are super light. I did have to get used to a different pressure sensitivity on this tablet from my Kamvas. You'll need to make sure you adjust it in your software and it will still probably require a little more pressure. I'm used to drawing very lightly so it took some getting used to but it's not an issue now after using it for 4 weeks. The responsiveness for such an inexpensive tablet is better than expected. It's almost as good as my Kamvas but just a little bit slower. However, considering what I use this little travel sized tablet for, it doesn't bother me. Finally, worth mentioning is that this little tablet is pretty sturdy. My friend has a young child who likes to draw so I let her play with this tablet. I hooked it up to her mom's android phone since it didn't require any special software, opened a drawing app and let her go to town on it. 4 yr olds aren't exactly the most gentle with stuff, especially if they're excited, but both the pen and the tablet seemed to hold up just fine and I'm still using it without issue even now. So this might be a good purchase for younger kids as well if you're trying to encourage or develop their artistic tendencies but you can't peel them away from the electronics....call it a tradeoff. ... show more
