I was so excited about this machine... until I got it. It was defective and wouldn't work once a cartridge needle was inserted. Amazon sent me a replacement... that one didn't work either, it had the same issue as the first one. I'm sad this machine was defective, I was really looking forward to using it. Hopefully the problem will get resolved and they fix the machine, but for now I do NOT recommend even trying to purchase this as both of the ones I got were defective. ... show more

I love this machine I've tattooed with a coil machine for years. And just switch to the rotary style pen. And I was not disappointed at all. This is a solid little machine. I have used this for a few days now, so my limited opinion is only based on my experience with this machine thus far. With that said, I do enjoy using it. The motor seems to push well and can at least handle the 09RL cartridges and the 7mag I have used in it so far. Not amazing but you get what you pay for and this seems to be giving just a smidge more than what you pay for so as a "practice" or "for fun" kind of machine. This seems to fit the bill. I really enjoy using this the only thing I don’t like is when I turn it on I have to mess with the needle to get it to work. Might be user error tho cause my last one did the same thing
