Very comfortable architect's chair
Quick Facts: Seat Height Range: 24.8" - 32.28" Footrest Ring Width: 21.65" Weight Capacity: 300 lbs Assembly Time: Approximately 1 hour I got this chair because my wife loves her tall desk where she can stand while working, but when she needs to sit, she looks like a motorcycle rider with ape hangers, not exactly an ergonomic best practice. Assembly took about an hour without assistance, but if you know any octopuses with opposable thumbs you might ask them for help because holding the seatback, arms, and seat for assembly and finding the right angle to align the bolts is challenging. Nevertheless it can be done, and the only tool needed is the included T-style hex wrench. The instructions are clear, and pay attention when they tell you to keep the chair (arms, seatback, and seat) bolts loose until you have all the bolts in, and only then should you tighten them all down; I failed to read this note and was forced to loosen the arm bolts so that I could get the seat bolts aligned. The bolts all have blue threadlocker intended to lock the bolts in place, but they apply it too low down to actually hold the bolts. I will need to keep an eye on them to see if any of the bolts loosen, and if so, I'll add some liquid threadlocker to the threads myself. The chair is very stable even when the seat is at its tallest. The flip-up armrests make it easier to get into the chair. My wife reports that it is very comfortable. The seat is firm but not hard, and the mesh-style back is supportive, particularly with the adjustable lumbar support. We also like that the height of the footrest is easily adjustable. You need to be off the chair to adjust the footrest, so it takes about half a minute; the footrest adjusts by turning a single knob and sliding up or down the shaft. The price is near the mid-range for similar chairs, making this a good value. Positives: ✅ Very stable even at maximum seat height ✅ Comfortable seat with supportive mesh back and adjustable lumbar support ✅ Flip-up armrests make getting into the chair easier ✅ Footrest height adjusts easily using a single knob Negatives: ❎ Pre-applied blue threadlocker is placed too low on the bolt threads ❎ Alignment during assembly is tricky without a second person

Comfortable and supportive tall drafting chair
Adjusting the seat height and the extra-wide footrest ring is incredibly easy to use when finding the perfect working position at a tall standing desk. The black mesh back and thick PU leather cushion give this elevated chair a very professional and clean appearance in the home office. I was pleased to find that the thick foam seat and synthetic leather material produced absolutely no harsh chemical smell when assembling the pieces. The sturdy metal base demonstrates excellent overall quality by rolling smoothly across the floor without any loud squeaking or wobbling. The strong hydraulic cylinder and thick plastic components provide impressive durability to comfortably hold a heavy load for hours without sinking over time. Considering the supportive adjustable lumbar rest and the convenient flip-up armrests, this tall seating option offers a fantastic value for the price.

Almost Great
This chair is comfortable and a great height for my standing desk. There are only two negatives. (1) the foot rest ring does not stay up very long. It tends to slide down with regular use. I needed to add a large hose clamp below it to keep it in place. (2) when I shift my weight side-to-side, something in the seat makes a very loud click. I have retightened all the bolts, but it seems to be an issue internally to the seat itself.

Comfortable at the Right Height
I picked this up for use at a drafting table and workshop counter where a standard office chair just does not sit high enough. The extra height works perfectly for detailed design work and prototyping, and the adjustment holds securely without slowly sinking during use. Even after sitting for well over an hour, the PU leather seat stays supportive and keeps its shape instead of compressing and becoming uncomfortable. The footrest is another feature that works really well. It sits at a natural angle and feels sturdy when I put my weight on it, with no creaking or side to side movement. The chair itself feels very stable whether I am sitting still, turning, or rolling around the workspace. I have not noticed any wobbling or tipping concerns, and the casters move smoothly across different surfaces without catching. Assembly was also straightforward, with clearly organized parts and steps that were easy to follow. Once assembled, the frame, seat, controls, and overall construction all feel solid and thoughtfully put together. Between the comfortable cushioning, dependable height adjustment, sturdy footrest, and smooth movement, it fits my workspace extremely well. It has been a comfortable and practical chair for daily use, especially when working at taller surfaces.

Comfortable drafting chair with excellent adjustability
I spend a lot of time at my desk, and finding a good drafting-height chair can be surprisingly difficult. Most are either uncomfortable after a few hours or don't offer enough adjustment options. Fortunately, this one gets a lot right. The first thing I noticed was the seat cushion. Unlike many tall office chairs that feel thin or overly firm, this one has plenty of padding and remains comfortable during long work sessions. The PU leather seat is easy to wipe clean, while the mesh back helps keep air flowing and prevents that hot, sticky feeling you can get from fully upholstered chairs. The adjustable footrest ring is one of my favorite features. Since this chair sits much higher than a traditional office chair, having a large, sturdy footrest makes a huge difference in overall comfort. I also appreciate that the ring height can be adjusted to better fit different desk and seating positions. The lumbar support works well and provides noticeable lower back support without being overly aggressive. I like that it's adjustable because everyone sits a little differently. Combined with the ergonomic backrest design, it makes the chair comfortable for extended periods of work. The flip-up armrests are another nice touch. When I need extra room or want to slide the chair completely under the desk, I can simply flip them up and get them out of the way. Assembly was straightforward and didn't take very long. Once assembled, the chair feels stable and rolls smoothly across the floor. The taller gas lift and reinforced base give it a solid feel, even at maximum height. Pros: comfortable seat cushion, breathable mesh back, adjustable lumbar support, large adjustable footrest ring, flip-up armrests, stable construction, smooth rolling casters, ideal for standing desks and drafting tables Cons: like most drafting chairs, it's larger than a standard office chair and takes up a little more space Overall: this is a comfortable and well-designed drafting chair that offers the adjustments needed for long workdays. Comfortable and supportive
really happy with this drafting chair! Once assembled, it feels sturdy and looks much nicer in person than I expected. The seat is wide, generously padded, and comfortable enough to sit in for long periods. I also like the breathable mesh back and the adjustable lumbar support—it gives my lower back noticeably better support than a basic office chair. The height works perfectly with a taller desk, and the footrest ring is positioned well and feels solid. The armrests are nicely padded and can move out of the way when needed. It rolls smoothly, adjusts easily, and the finished chair looks clean and professional. I’ve included several photos of it fully assembled so you can see what it actually looks like. Overall, this is a comfortable, substantial drafting chair and has been a great addition to our workspace.

Comfortable drafting chair with great support and plenty of adjustments
This drafting chair is a great option for standing desks, counter-height desks, or anyone who likes sitting a little higher. It offers a good balance of comfort, support, and adjustability. The seat cushion is surprisingly comfortable. The foam has enough padding to stay supportive during long work sessions without feeling too hard or flattening out quickly. The adjustable lumbar support is one of the standout features. It helps provide better lower back support and makes it easier to find a comfortable sitting position throughout the day. I also really like the large footrest ring. It's wider than most drafting chairs I've used, giving my feet plenty of room to rest and making longer sitting sessions more comfortable. Easy to assemble and sturdy
I was pleased to see that they included a T-handle allen wrench to help assemble this chair. Often times, you get the cheap L-shaped one that makes it hard to use over time. Everything was well laid out and the instructions were easy to follow. Be aware that there are specific parts that need to be oriented correctly; the Front stickers help to orient them. Once assembled, the chair is comfortable, breathable, and has plenty of padding. Adjustment of height goes almost low enough for a normal sitting desk, but not quite. However, the range is quite impressive compared to other drafting/tall office chairs that I've used. There are adjustments for height and lumbar, as well as a locking function. Overall, a good chair that was easy to assemble.
