    • Use sparingly!! Smell takes some getting used to.
I assumed this would smell like lavender, but it doesn't really which is a little disappointing. Not sure how to describe the smell. There's no instructions of how to use it so the first night I started spraying it liberally over my pillows before I realized how strong it smells and it reminded me of old lady perfume! I really did not like it! Had to strip my pillow cases immediately because I wouldn't have been able to sleep with the strong smell. But I gave it another chance and now I just spray a spritz or 2 in the morning when I'm making the bed and by nighttime it's dissipated enough. I'm used to the smell now and like it well enough. I do think it's helping me sleep better and I will probably reorder when the first bottle is empty. But the bottle should last a long time since you only need a spritz. ... show more

I bought this because I sometimes have trouble sleeping at night and it doesn’t really work, at least I don’t think so. It smells great though.

We been trying to get my son on a sleeping schedule for when he starts school. I have to say it’s been working great. I spray his pj after bathtime and after like 20 minutes or so he lay in bed. I go again and spray his blanket while he’s laying there and he’s out within 5 minutes. I 100% say it works but I will say this don’t use it if they aren’t around the first time. I spray this in my pillow as part of my night routine and I fall asleep so quickly. I love the lavender scent one but not a huge fan of the chamomile/lavender.

This is one of those products that makes you think if they had this hundreds of years ago. So simple just some essential oils, water and melatonin ( not ingesting it either ) . This tiny little bottle it’s not just for kids though because you spray the house preparing for bedtime & it works it’s magic on YOU also . I purchased this product because I was having trouble sleeping and after purchase it I never have trouble sleeping, so I highly recommend be careful on how much you use a don’t need a lot. I use the time to time and I’ve had my bottle for over a year.

I love Dr. Teals huge range of products! A pillow/linen/room spray for helping get to sleep is a wonderful and well considered choice to add to the brand. On my first night of use, two sprays were enough, one for my pillows and another into the air, and I did after several minutes feel a gently lull to sleep. The scents chosen are naturally used for sleep and relaxation and were blended well for this product. Sadly I did have t deduct a star because of the asking price. The bottle has plenty of uses for what your paying for, though I did find smaller companies offering similar items for up to 35% cheaper online. With a offered coupon or maybe adding a sleep mask, Im sure the company could really make an impact on sleep efforts with this spray. ... show more
