I put these in a pair of cheap boots I wore to a concert during a vacation. The concert was on the last day of my vacation so my feet were already insanely sore so nothing would have relieved that. But from previously wearing the boots, I could tell these inserts definitely made a difference. I bought a second pair to put in another pair of boots I wear more often so really excited to try them out when my feet aren't already aching. Definitely recommend though. Easy to insert and you can feel a difference in the cushion and support.

I do a lot of walking for exercise (I'm 70) but was having increasing knee and lower back pain. Finally figured out my comfortable walking shoes gave no arch support etc. So after finding this product and reading the reviews, I bought it with a "can't really lose at that price attitude". Well, from Day 1 I noticed less pain as I walked, and it got better with each day- I've used the product less than a week but already 90% of the pain is gone! To say I'm satisfied with the product is a huge understatement! q:D It's so nice to enjoy walking again instead of just grinding thru it to get it over with.

I ordered this to help my arches and so far they're pretty good. But I'll do the first con first. Con - I got these mainly for my low-top converse. The arch is incredibly high and it pushed my feet out of the shoes. Just walking around was forcing my heels out of the back of them, so I do not recommend for shoes that stop at the ankle like chucks. The upside - I put them in my Doc Martins and they are working wonders. They don't slip around in the shoe. I think only once or twice one of them got a little wiggly when I put my foot in the boot. It has made walking in them extremely comfortable. It feels a little uncomfortable at first but once you get used to the feeling, you find yourself walking longer without stopping to shake the cramp out of your foot. I haven't tried them in my exercise/hiking shoes but those already have good support, so really I can only recommend these for casual day-to-day walking and not really anything on the more athletic end.

The heel sticky-spot that is supposed to help hold the heel in place is useless because it's not sticky enough so does nothing to hold the heel pad in place. Ended up using 2-3 dots of Super Glue. Other than that the cushions keep my feet from sliding forward crunching my toes, are not too thick, and feel good on my feet.

The fit is perfect. The sticky circle on the heel holds the insert in place. I work on my feet. No sitting down, ever. (Unless it's lunch) These have made a big difference ! I've bought 4 more pairs for all my work shoes. (I rotate shoes)

There's nothing wrong with it but certain things I didn't like: the arch is too high for me, and it doesn't go to the end of the foot, so I can feel the edge which bothers me.

Dr. Scholl’s Tri-Comfort Insoles: I put these in my beach-aqua shoes to add a layer of protection against sharp objects buried in the sand. They'll work exceptionally well for this purpose. They were easily inserted. A welcome bonus is that the insoles add an arch and padding to a flat, uncomfortable stock shoe. Highly recommended, at least for beach-aqua shoes.
