I wear a women’s US size 8 and that’s what I ordered. It fits me perfect! I have narrow heel and the strap is adjustable and fit me perfect. I was able to wear comfortably from the start. No blisters, no rubbing. Fit well across my entire foot. Soles are also very comfortable. I am a 66 year old woman and comfort is my number one priority.
