We purchased these sandals six months ago during (during fall/winter) and they were only worn a handful of times. The strap on the sandal broke and we contacted Tory Birch and they said they cannot provide product support because Amazon and shop bop are not affiliated with them and should not be selling their merchandise. Shop bop and Amazon link Tory Burch’s product support on the item but trust me, you will not get any product support. Despite multiple calls to shop boo and Amazon support, Amazon and shop bop refuse to replace the defective sandal and so we are out $200. Do not buy from this seller! ... show more
