if you have strong muscled feet that can dominate a stiff and narrow shoe, maybe you'll like this one. I have narrow skinny feet and my feet are strangled by these shoes. I can't imagine how long it would take to BREAK them in. Not gonna try. sending back. and oh yes... they run large. which is weird. the length is fine but tight in all the wrong places. ... show more

These are the cutest shoes and absolutely perfect for what I was seeking. My normal size was too large, so they kindly exchanged for a half size down. Even that one fell off my heels so I wanted to go another half size down. Unfortunately, the policy is only to process one exchange. They are almost $20 more now than when I purchased. <sigh> I guess I'll keep checking back on $ and hope they still have the smaller size I am seeking if they go back on sale. This shoe is incredibly comfortable, but I purchased my actual size (9) and they tend to run a little big. As I was trying it on and walking a little fast they started slipping off my foot slightly. The shoe has great cushioning and comfort for walking as Dr. Scholl’s shoes usually do. The foot bed lining is a faux microsuede, which I don’t like for an inner lining, because in an espadrille type of shoe I like to go barefoot and that type of fabric is sweaty. First Dr. scholl’s shoes and was expecting that it would be comfortable. It’s not! First worn them I got blisters. The denim is too hard! I can’t return it since I worn them already. Im not sure if it would eventually get soft. 2 stars because it’s cute. But not good for traveling or long walks.
