This will be my 3rd pair. I am a chef and I am on my feet about 12 hours a day 5 days per week. These are very comfortable shoes and extremely slip resistant. They may not last as long as others but their comfort factor is worth the trade-off. They last me between 7-8 months and I feel they are a great value at $80. I pretty much flatten out the insole within a month or so. Replace the insole as soon as you can with your favorite brand/model and you will be all set. These are really good, comfortable shoes, and they're good for my job. But they're not super durable, they tend to start falling apart after just a couple of months, and the insoles wear out really fast if you wear them a lot.

First pair of Dr. Scholls shoes. I was hesitant to buy but read multiple reviews stating that they were good quality and seemed to help most people. I am an ER RN and spend 12 hours straight on my feet. Comfort wise I love these shoes and was hoping that the quality matched the comfort. No such luck.
