This product does make me feel cleaner and helps boost my mornings. but I've only taken this for a week. I usually take one tab a day in the morning with 16 oz. of water as directed. The tab takes about 3 minutes to dissolve all the way. It turns the water grayish and the taste is not amazing but it's not an issue either, you can't really taste taste it. It's just different than straight water. And the boost from it is not like two expresso shots, it's more like your body is recharged. For all the talk about H2 water bottles I would say save your money and just get these tabs. They do the same thing just without having to purchase a special water bottle that requires you to charge it. Per tab the cost is very reasonable. I crush the tab while it's dissolving with a spoon or straw. while it dissolves there's some effervescence which brings a film to the top of the water. As soon as the tab is fully dissolved stir the mixture slightly and drink the full glass in one go. Apparently the H2 gas in the water dissipates relatively fast so you can't just leisurely sip on it for 30 minutes without loosing its intended effect. I'm definitely going to make this a regular morning practice going forward. If nothing else it's a nice morning ritual and I get 16 oz. of water with some magnesium (see label) first thing in the morning despite whether the H2 positively enhances anything else in your body.

I have been hearing a lot about “hydrogen bottles” and I have a lot of concerns about the expense and problems that seem to come up later that are not at all good. These tablets are wonderful! Put it in your glass of water or in your bottle of water, give it 90 seconds or so for the table to completely dissolve and then drink it to your good health!

This comment is meant for the man who tested the water with a hydrogen test stick. He claims that Merola hydrogen tablets are making false claims. I looked up the meter he’s using and it clearly states it only goes up to 2.4 ppm. So he is wrong! People clearly need to read limitations before testing and making claims.

I am a loyal buyer of Dr Mercola’s hydrogen water tablets and one of the 2 bottles that I received today was completely broken, I reached in and got a small slice on my finger thankfully it was not too bad. There are tiny shards of glass throughout the bottle and would never be safe to use the tablets and there is no return policy. I just want a Refund for the broken unsafe bottle but see no option. Please help!
