Well, they are Dr. Martens! I have wanted this pair of boots for decades and finally, at the age of 60, I BOUGHT THEM! YAY ME! Wore them to work with leggings, long white button shirt and a cream cardigan. So many compliments. I'm a teacher BTW and this 'fit slayed (am I mixing slang...maybe...IDK). The shoe bed does run big. I got size 9, could have sized down but was afraid that with my arch, it wouldn't work. The first pair of DM boots I tried, I could not get my foot in. Anyway, definitely, no problems with the foot bed. In fact, I will need to wear thick, short socks with these. I do have a medium thick calf so that meant having a fairly loose tie on the laces. I'll probably be able to get a few more wears before the hot AZ weather sets in. The leather is softer than I thought. All in all, great purchase. ... show more

The first it's a good price for this 20-eye boot, the leather on the top is pretty soft and comfortable. but on the right one has a little bit problem. a few winkles on the side. but I keep it anyway.
