These shoes are great if you work in a kitchen or restaurant. I've tried several pairs of shoes from high to low end and these are the most slip resistant pair I've found. Like all doc martens, they were real snug at first around the widest part of my foot. They took a few months to break in all the way. They are comfortable but not the most comfortable shoes you'll ever wear (See Crocs-though Crocs failed my non slip test at work). The back of the heel has worn but I haven't noticed it yet.     • Not what I ordered
I ordered these shoes for my job at a restaurant hoping that the prime delivery would get me them quick. I ended up getting a shoe two sizes larger than I ordered, and that I don’t even believe is a real doc marten. In the first day they had a large scuff on the toe and within a month the lace had started coming undone with heavy wear on the leather. I have other doc marten boots and even after years of regular use they are significantly better condition than these were after 3 months. The quality of the leather itself is not the same either. I wouldn’t recommend getting these off Amazon if you want to be sure you’re getting the real deal. ... show more

    • Looking Great but Hard to Wear it!
I deeply regret purchasing this product. While it may appear aesthetically pleasing and provide excellent support, the price I paid for comfort proved to be more taxing than I anticipated. As a hospital worker who spends the entire day on my feet, I used these shoes five days a week. Unfortunately, it took four months of persistent use to break them in and feel comfortable. During that time, I developed blisters and calluses that made wearing them a painful experience.
