I got the XXL. Fits my forarms pretty good, but my biceps are too big and it will make my fingers go numb after a few hrs. I have to roll the top down so it is just above elbo and below bicep. The brace is snug around my arm and feels really good, but you need to pull it on properly because once it’s in your arm, it’s hard to scoot it around your arm if you don’t align the pressure points properly. This elbow brace runs smaller than others that I purchased on Amazon. I ordered medium elbow braces from other vendors that fit much better than the medium DR. Brace Elbow Brace. I like the elbow brace but it’s too small.

Very strong brace however the medium was too small for me,my other braces are medium so I was surprised .I have now ordered large.the large was spot on for size etc.I have tennis elbow and the brace sits perfectly on the tendons etc that need support.
