I slept on this pillow while on vacation at an Airbnb and was the most comfortable pillow I ever slept on. Hence I ordered this right away for myself after returning home. The delivery was very fast, however 2 things to note: 1) the packaging is not the original packaging, and no instructions included. 2) both pillows in the set are missing the "Downluxe" strip label on them. That makes me wonder if these are authentic and if they were other people's returned items. We love these pillows! They are so soft, you just melt into them. My children try to sneak them away to their rooms.. LOL. They hold their shape pretty well- returning to puffy when you get up.
