This is an awesome chair. My son desperately needed a new chair for gaming and decided to take the plunge and surprise him. I had always put it off because I hate assembling things but wow…the instructions in this were on point. Even noting minor things to be aware of to pay close attention to or you’d be undoing some things. So glad I really noted all those points because assembly probably took me 40 mins beginning to end. Which usually I come across something I did wrong makes an easy assembly very much…not easy. Anyway, about the chair! It is super sleek! Super comfortable! Or at-least my son says. I’ve never seen one with a footrest but he’s so excited he can now sleep comfortably in his chair 😂 (he does have a bed…). The white is super soft! Almost a light velvet feeling. He can also recline it very far back with ease. Just happy with it all together! I’m sure he’ll be using it for a long time. And now i got cool mom credits too 😂😉 not like I need those , but I’ll take it. ... show more

I finally upgraded my computer chair of 6 years to this one and its nice. Its really nice. I did have one thing I needed to change and it was the wheels. I really didn't like the wheels provided so I used my old chair wheels which are roller blade rubber wheels that are far smoother and less damaging on my floor. Other than the wheels this is a really comfortable chair. It took me about 35 minutes to assemble the chair from the box. the screws were mostly in their place and it was easy getting everything to align. The comfort and tilt is perfect. The Lumbar is great with a little motor to vibrate your lower back. You do need a USB battery or something and there is nowhere to place the battery and no on/off just plug in and its going. I don't mind that since I don't really care much about the vibrating lumbar. Other than that its excellent! I'm no gamer and I do a lot of editing and typing and this is a fine chair. It reclines very well and I dont feel as though I'm going to tip at all. 5 stars for sure. ... show more

My son currently has an ergonomic computer chair for his gaming and I know that it feels comfortable for him but I know that he would like a actual gaming chair cause he's been wanting one for a long time. Black is his favorite color so this chair is just perfect for him. Not only does it have the pillows for his neck and lumbar support but it also has the leg rest as well. He is in love with us I was so thankful to me for buying this for him. I cannot compare apples to apples here as this chair replaced my $1500 relax-the-back ergonomic chair that I have had for well over a decade. It is comfortable, but the seat cushions are very firm and not overly plush, so it does not lend itself to sitting all day in comfort. I will be adding a seat cushion to it to see if that improves the useability. I am a large man, at the upper limits of the weight range, and I suspect that might have something to do with the plushness. The sides of the seat dig into the outside of my thighs and that is not overly comfortable. If it is not comfortable enough to replace my current office chair, it will be regulated to the workshop to replace my generic office chair out there. Easy to assemble, and we will see how it holds up over the long term. The pillows, lumbar and neck are attachable via straps and adjustable the same way. There is a USB connector for the lumbar massager, but no on/off switch that I can find. Plug it in, on, unplug to turn off. Makes that a not so useable feature. The arms are slightly cushioned rubber, so they are not overly comfortable. Good chair, but there is room for improvement. ... show more
