My order was packed carefully and nothing was damaged or chipped. Love the vibrant colors in this set. But note the size of the bowls. They're 16 oz and not 23 oz. Lovely, otherwise!

Update, the seller offered a returnless refund for the one chipped plate. Very happy with the quality of customer support, now I can go buy another plate to fill the set!! I really like the set, very pretty and colorful. They were packaged really well for transport. Unfortunately, one of the plates must have been packed already damaged, because there was nothing on the exterior of the box showing damage. I can’t find a way to contact the seller for a replacement plate. Bummed that my only option seems to be to return and replace. ... show more

Love the patterns and colors of this set. They were just what I was looking for. They will chip if not handled with a bit of care, and some of that may be happening in the dishwasher as well. But they work well in the microwave, the bowls are good for a big bowl of cereal, and the dinner plates are just right for a full-size meal. I have enjoyed using this dinnerware. I really do love these dishes and would buy again. The only thing is the stamp washes off the bottom and they chip easy so I am very very careful with them. They truly are so bright and beautiful.
