Description

Crafted for real life. Made to handle everyday meals, quick cleanups, and everything in between. The Corelle Simple Sketch set gives you service for 6 with 6 square dinner plates, 6 square lunch plates, and 6 22-ounce square bowls. It is a smart choice for busy family homes, dorm rooms, first apartments, and casual hosting. Loose black lines sweep across each square plate like a quick pencil drawing caught mid-motion. Simple Sketch is casual and artful: hand-drawn, black-and-white, modern without trying too hard. Every piece is made from Corelle’s patented triple-layer Vitrelle glass: five times stronger than stoneware, half the weight, and half the stack height. The non-porous surface won’t stain or absorb odors. Microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe. Square dinner plates measure 10.25 inches; Square lunch plates measure 8.75 inches; 22-ounce square bowls hold 22 ounces—practical sizing for everyday meals without taking over the table or cabinet. I love this set of dishes and know they’ll last a long time because they’re Corelle, so the quality is high and these dishes are chip resistant. These are dishwasher and microwave safe so I can use them for anything. This set of dishes curve up slightly on all sides keeping food on your plate. The bowls in this set are a little larger than other sets, so they work great for soups or pasta dinners. Theses are lighter than stoneware so kids can easily use. The price point on these is very accurate compared to other high quality dinnerware sets. ... show more

    • My Second Corelle Set — That Says It All!
This is my second Corelle Vitrelle set. I purchased my first set for one property and was so impressed with the quality, durability, lightweight design, and overall look that I decided to purchase another set for a second property. The dishes are easy to clean, stack neatly, and are perfect for everyday use. I especially love that they are chip resistant without being heavy like traditional dinnerware. The quality has definitely lived up to my expectations, which is why I had no hesitation purchasing another set. Highly recommend Corelle! ... show more

    • Classic design and great quality
Color: Simple Sketch
We have been very happy with these dishes. The square shape is unique and the black and white color palette is classic. The dishes are very thin and light but seem durable. I’m very happy with this purchase.

    • The best in everyday dishware
Color: Simple Sketch
I have used Corelle for decades and the only reason to replace them is to enjoy a new pattern. The hold up remarkably well and look and feel like china.

Seem nice enough. For me, This is what i would consider expensive and I expect it to arrive as so. I love the pattern. But upon opening there were stains on the bottoms. I washed them to remove....no luck. Contacted customer care ...no discount and only offered a refund upon returning which isnt an option to go without dishes at all. So I kept them. Some may think its just tiny stains and on the bottom but for me its a high cost item i hoped for more. They did offer a refund though and under different circumstances I would have accepted that. So it is what it is ... show more

    • So LIGHT and So STRONG
Color: Timber Shadows
Great quality, MUCH LIGHTER than my old set, and beautiful. Also- I have SO MUCH more room in my cupboards with how thin they are! Love them! Wish I would have purchased sooner.

    • Lightweight, durable, and exactly what I wanted
Color: Timber Shadows
I've always liked Corelle, and this set didn't disappoint. The plates and bowls are lightweight but feel sturdy, making them easy to handle and stack without taking up much cabinet space. The simple design goes with everything, and they're perfect for everyday meals or when guests come over. They've held up well in the dishwasher and microwave, and I love not having to worry about chipping like traditional stoneware. Great quality for the price—I would definitely buy this set again. ... show more
