Update, the seller offered a returnless refund for the one chipped plate. Very happy with the quality of customer support, now I can go buy another plate to fill the set!! I really like the set, very pretty and colorful. They were packaged really well for transport. Unfortunately, one of the plates must have been packed already damaged, because there was nothing on the exterior of the box showing damage. I can’t find a way to contact the seller for a replacement plate. Bummed that my only option seems to be to return and replace. ... show more

The colors of these dishes are as bright and beautiful as pictured. They are extremely well packed for shipping and arrived safely with no damage. It's worth noting that the large and small plates have much more of an upturned edge than expected, which is really very nice as saucy or juicy dishes don't run over and it's great for mixing a salad or pasta with sauce. I needed new plates/bowls to replace my former set that was bland white and got scalding hot in the microwave. These are pretty colors and patterns, get warm but not blistering in the microwave and have so far stood up to multiple dishwasher cycles. I love that the bottom of the plates has a textured pattern. The pictures do not do these dishes justice...they are even more beautiful in person. The bottoms of the plates have a very pretty little design as well. The coffee cups are big! Not too big and definitely not too small. I ordered the full set, as well as an additional set with just the plates, dessert plates and bowls.
