I had been using a different claryifing shampoo which seemed to be doing more damage(only using this like every two months) and not cleasing my hair very well. I used it last night when I got it along with the hair mask. The difference in my hair after one use is AMAZING. My hair is the cleanest its been in awhile. I like to use this before I apply hair dye to remove any build up of products that might prevent dye from absorbing appropriately.
