After less than one month of use, and only needing to use the charging port a handful of times, the charging port disconnected from the game and got lost within the game. We opened it up, thinking we cihks put it back in place, only to find it disconnected 100% and is not repairable.

Every now and then you get surprised by the decent graphics, but the games seem a bit off and won't keep kids entertained for too long. Okay for occasional use waiting in a doctor's office or a short car ride.

Amazing product but bad quality. It hasn't even been a month and the charging port went inside the game. Got it fixed, the light turns on but the game doesn't charge. My son loves it but he kills the battery within 3 to 4 days therefore it's very costly buying batteries every week. I hope a replacement was an option but there's no way to contact seller on Amazon. ... show more
