    • So Happy To Have A Hammock Again
I could not wait to get this! When I was a little kid, we always had a hammock in the backyard. And I loved trying to get in and out of it. It was like a game. I was always falling out, but it was always fun. But today’s hammocks are a little sturdier than ours was 50 years ago. This one looks like a great one, especially with the way the stand was set up, and the depth of the actual sling itself. Seeing, it’s still colder temps in northern New York, we have it set up in our bonus room. I still get in it and read books and take naps because I love it. Had a little bit of difficulty putting it together but that’s just because I’m a wimp. This one is much easier to get in and out of because there is a little depth to the actual fabric and that makes it sturdier when you’re putting your body in it. It’s very comfortable and it’s definitely going to last quite a while. I can’t wait to put it outside this summer. It’s going to get a lot of use. If you’re looking for a good quality hammock, this is definitely one to look at! You won’t be sorry! ... show more

I've gotta say, getting this hammock with its own frame has totally transformed my chill-out sessions in the backyard. Putting it together was a breeze – didn't take up much time or effort at all. And this thing? Solid as a rock. Doesn't matter if I'm hopping in with a book or just laying back to stare at the sky, it feels secure and steady. Now, the hammock part is just bliss. It's like lying on a cloud, so comfy and just the perfect spot to let the stress of the day melt away. One of my favorite things about it, though, is how I can just pick it up and move it to wherever I feel like lounging that day. Sun or shade, I can have it all. I was able to put this thing together in under 10 minutes. The pieces all connect with a push-button style connector. The hammock fabric is strong and it looks like its too high but once you sit in it, it drops to the ground for the right height. I am 5'9" 190lbs and I had no issues of feeling like it was going to break while I was in it. ... show more

not much not to like about it. super relaxing to chill in a hammock and fall asleep on a cool day. this is a great addition to the back yard and is totally worth the money. just be careful though it is great and it doesn't seem super flimsy it also doesn't seem like it would really hold much more weight then 1 adult or 2 small kids. also i would let anyone know who gets onto this to not just kind of drop onto it and to really try to be gentle when getting on it as you don't want to bend the end bars in as once that happens the whole things pretty much garbage so be careful but again i think its more then worth it even if i get a few seasons out of it !! ... show more

Assembly took less than 5 minutes. Includes a pillow and the hammock itself has a bag for drinks/cell phone which comes in handy. the fabric is made of a thick cottony material and feels very secure to sleep on. Didn't test the 450lb limit but at 200lbs this held me secure and my bottom to the floor was about 6-8 inches. Seems sturdy enough for light gentle use. Good value overall. ... show more
