After getting this hammock, I broke down and bought a stand for it, figuring that's the way I'm gonna use it rather than rope it up to proximate trees, thus enabling me to have it anywhere in the yard or on the deck. And I and my wife have taken up a new practice: sloth. Why get up when you can dream away the day in a hammock as comfortable and attractive as this. Jimmy the dog loves it, too, and it's big enough for all three of us.

Thus hammock has enough stretch that it needs to be atleast 3 feet off the ground when no one is in it. It was very easy to hang, but in 25 mph winds, it definitely looks crazy, so I would recommend hanging this with clips for quick and easy removal on windy days. It is easy to get you and another person on this, but it feels very stiff and a little unnatural depending on the angle you try and lay. This may be something that works out the more it gets worn in though. Leggings made me keep sliding out of this when first trying to get on it, but flannel seemed to be fine. I do not understand really, but ok. I personally really like this hammock, and it does not easily tip or flip when you are in it, which is a huge bonus. The colors are very pleasing to the eyes as well, and it is nice and thick and feels very durable. If you lay diagonal in this it's very comfortable and I almost fell asleep after a few minutes like that. All around very happy. Closer to a 4.4 star, but I round up or down.

We took this camping found a couple of trees close enough together to attach it to let the kids tested first. And yes, it was comfortable and sturdy. We used chain & wrapped it around the tree trunk & branches to it attached to. For home use as I do not have trees in my yard. We are putting 4X4 posts up so that it can be placed outside on the shady side of the house. Not just for myself, but for those kids also who actually took a great nap in the hammock . This is a fantastic item, and well worth the money $80.

Nice and comfy. Nice to have a hammock and have someone else lay in it with you. Much more comfortable than trying to double up on a normal single person hammock.

Good quality easy to set up, unfortunately it does not work with my hammock stand. I tried adjusting the height but it still sags too low and it touches the ground. It’s a really nice hammock and a nice big size and it would probably work well with a bigger hammock stand or mounted to something.

This hammock really is large enough for two, something I had doubted. However, it has been reported in reviews that it sags a lot. I suspect that is due to anything but the hammock and I have had many hammocks to compare it with. I do not have it hung yet as there is no place to do so yet, so cannot give my thoughts on that now. I plan to keep the sagging reports in mind, though. I am rating this without considering sag at all but will update if it turns out to have too much sag. I have it on top of the table behind me as I write; I had expected to submit a thorough review, but the sag has me stumped. The place in my backyard jungle where it will be used in the future is being fitted with a hammock in mind. Meanwhile, the fabric is thick and sturdy and should be dependable for years. The same should be true about the bamboo spreader. I have tested the strength of the various parts of the hammock in my workshop and am completely comfortable with it holding my 260 pound self and any attractive, less than 180 pound lady who might join me. Since that probably won’t happen, I’ll just need to adopt a lot more cats to jump up on it with my three and me.

This hammock is well made; the fabric is sturdy and comfortable, the attachments are solid, and it just feels secure. The pillow could be bigger but that's just a personal preference; it's nice that one is included at all. And it's big enough for 2 if you like to be cozy and share space with someone. Overall, I'm super happy with this and will get a lot of use out of it this summer!

This hammock is amazing. Feels as of the bars are bamboo, which makes it look amazing. I love how easy it was to put together. I was scared it would fall if i laid in it but i just went for it and i ended up sleeping several hours relaxing swaying in the wind. This hammock is the best one ive ever owned. 10/10.

We have a hammock stand and this hammock bed was easy to set up and install. I don't know how it would work with a tree but I am sure it would be fine. The hammock arrived well packaged in a box and assembly was easy. All I had to do was unfold the wooden stablizer bar and snap it together. There is a snap button that you need to depress to get the bar onto the other bar. Installation was fast. I was relaxing in the hammock in just a few minutes. The hammock is thick and the material is soft. Colors on the hammock are vibrant and as pictured in the listing. The pillow attaches to the hammock bed so it doesn't roll all over the place while you are trying to get in the hammock. The ropes that are holding the hammock up are sturdy and well made. There is a chain on the ends to attach it to a tree or a hammock stand like I have. No ropes or additional hardware come with the hammock to attach it to a tree or a different type of hammock stand. Very nice and well made hammock. I see us spending a lot of time on this hammock.

I’m obsessed with hammocks and this one has far exceeded my expectations! I had what I thought was a double hammock prior but now I’m doubtful it was. This hammock is very large and sturdy. It was easy to hang and definitely holds at least 400 pounds. Myself and my wife tried it out and we both weigh a tad over 400 combined. The colors are vibrant and beautiful as well.

Great way to relax and enjoy the day!. This comes with a spreader bar which makes it a little harder for the little ones to get in (only slightly) but not hard for adults. It makes it a little more aesthically good looking as it keeps the fabric more taut if you are leaving it up. The bar seems to spread the load on the rope slings making it easier to attach both ends. Love the colors on this one with stripes. It matches our sling chair and has that cooling effect for the summer. I really like this one for just taking the pressure off, read a book, or any relaxing thing you like outdoors. Fabric is soft and breathable . It was a detachable pillow which is nice if you need to elevate head . It is a 2 person hammock. I haven't used it with two adulsts but one adult and one child very easily accommodates with lots of left over room.

Price during review - $79.99 Sturdy hammock, deserves 5 stars for size and material alone. I noticed only after, that the description does not mention hardware included, and since I am looking to replace my old hammock this didn't matter to me. However, this hangs low and touches the ground when I get in, so will have to hang it up between trees, my stand doesn't work for this. The colors are vibrant, the material is good and it can fit 2 adults in a squeeze, an adult and a child very comfortably. Great value for the price. Recommended.
