Although I'm looking to replace the inner on them here soon, they hold up amazing considering I've worn them for a year, 50 hour work weeks, 10-12 miles walking a day on solid concrete. The build quality is all there in every way. Super comfortable and squishy. Somewhat breathable for a boot. Just buy the RIGHT size, keep em clean, seal them with a silicone shoe sealer too keep the water out (making this boot waterproof *within reason*) condition them with leather conditioning product once a month, an man will they always feel comfortable and look great! ... show more

Awesome Boots!! Been wearing this style for 6-7 years now and this boot is hard to beat. I walk on pavement most of my day (4-5 miles) and they typically last 2 years. Treat them from day one with some mink oil or similar product and continue to treat periodically each year. This keeps the leather soft and keeps cracking and scuffs at a minimum. Also helps with water resistance, not water proof but definitely helps with moisture creeping in. These will outlast many other brands and the more broke in they get, the more comfortable they are. I really wanted to like these boots, I’ve worn them for a week. They are comfortable for work boots but unfortunately I don’t think they are going to last more than a year if I’m lucky. I’m an HVAC technician and my trade is hard on boots. I’m up in attics and crawling underneath homes. I had a peace of metal cut through the leather on the boots the other day and was disappointed. These Double-H boots are normally great boots. I have two pair in the last six years (exact same size) they wear well and are a good looking work boot. For some reason, this same advertised sized (10 2EE) boot did not fit. I think this pair of boots must have been mislabeled that's how tight they fit. If I didn't currently own two pair of these exact sized boots already I could understand that sizes vary and I'd have a different rating and comment. Totally disappointed that I had to pay for the return shipping and it appears I was also debited a restocking fee based on what I paid and what the refund is going to be. This is the first time I shopped and bought anything from this seller and I am not impressed at all. Guess I'll be looking elsewhere. ... show more
