This is a very well made, well designed high quality riding tractor that I purchased for my 2 year old grandson. His first experience on it was a bit touch and go (literally) but after a short while he was all smiles and content to let his grandad control his movement via the remote control. I am sure he will become more proficient as he gains experience and confidence with it. The tractor arrived well packaged and protected. It is made of high quality materials that I am sure will stand up to future use. The assembly manual was excellent. I would suggest after unpacking everything, you use the parts list to identify each part so that instructions will be clearer as you go, and it is good to know all parts are present. The assembly instructions and video you can access are excellent. The tractor went together quickly with little or no confusion. Everything fit together perfectly. The instructions were a little vague on connecting power source wire but nothing you couldn't figure out. When installing steering wheel important to push down till you hear/feel a click. Pictures in instruction manual provided great help. Video was excellent but in fast motion so be prepared to hit pause to zero in on anything in particular. The seller includes a pack of extra screws, which I did in fact need as a couple were missing . The tractor works by the child steering and hitting the gas OR by parent using remote that overrides the childs manual control. I consider this a key safety feature, especially for my 2 year and/or novice, inexperienced drivers. Nice for parents to have piece of mind that they can stop or steer the tractor if any obstacle ahead. The remote works well thank goodness. There are two speeds and my grandson had no trouble going on gentle slopes on 3 inch high grass. The lower speed is easily walkable next to the tractor should you wish. We have had a few 20 minute riding sessions so far and battery has held up. Per directions, we plug in to recharge after each session. Charging port in on back of tractor. Easily accessible but safe. Accessories are great. The little cart it pulls is easy to tilt up for emptying. The headlights light up! The horn in the center of the steering wheel is a bit disappointing as it is very soft and hard to hear. The one area of some concern was the music player. Its hard to even believe I'm talking about a music player on a kids toy but its there and works pretty well. It even has bluetooth capability so that you can pair with your phone and play your music through the tractor. Pretty neat. The one thing I was unhappy about was the pre-recorded music selections that weren't exactly kids music. More for a dance party. And that brings me to discussions with their customer service. I have never encountered a better, more customer oriented, more caring customer service group than from this company. My contact, Yachne, should go into the customer service hall of fame. Yachne exhibited the most extraordinary patience, understanding, empathy and truly heartfelt desire to address all my concerns than any customer service person I have ever encountered. Yachne quickly addressed questions on assembly, operation and supplied a replacement remote when the first one didn't seem quite right. Most importantly Yachne appreciated my concerns about the music selection and worked tirelessly to improve the situation. It is good know that there is a Yachne sitting on the other end of the messaging actively pursuing customer's best interests. I hope the tractor continues to perform well as my grandson grows into this wonderful toy. So far it is just simply terrific.

This tractor with a dump trailer is the best outside power toy! I bought this for my grandson who is turning 3 years old and it was a big hit at his birthday party and it was the perfect size for him even though he is much taller than the average 3 year old. This tractor has a remote control that allows adult guidance especially for new drivers. It starts up with a tractor sound, it has Bluetooth music, different driving modes, and the headlights actually work, my grandson and his friends played with this for hours! Great gift for either boys and girls, plus the price was reasonable. The battery came already charged which was a bonus!!!

I bought this for my son’s birthday and while it looks very nice and he was very excited, there seems to be some issue with the battery. We’ve been storing it indoors and riding it outdoors. We built it and tried it out yesterday and today, and both times it seems to run out of battery after 20-30 minutes. It gets sluggish and starts restarting itself over and over. I’m not sure if the cold weather is draining the battery or if it’s just defective. It’s been in the 30s-low 50s F. We will have to see if this is a recurring issue. Update: they have reached out and sent replacement parts to try to correct the issue. I haven’t been able to install them yet but I will update my review again to reflect whether the issue is resolved. The customer service has been great!

The media could not be loaded. I bought the green ARBELI 12V tractor for my 18 month old, and he absolutely loves it! We originally planned to save it for Christmas, but we couldn’t resist putting it together early, and I’m so glad we did. Assembly took around 30 minutes, and everything was clearly labeled. It comes with a charger that plugs in easily at the back. The remote control worked perfectly right out of the box and gives great peace of mind for younger riders. So far, we’ve tested it on grass and gravel, and it drives great on both. The seatbelt is secure, and I love that there’s volume control for the built in music. The little trailer is adorable, and I can already tell he’ll have fun loading it up with toys as he gets older. Overall, this tractor feels sturdy, safe, and well worth the price. If you’re looking for something that’s fun, easy to use, and parent approved, this one’s a winner.

My boys favorite toy, so much fun! High quality, stands up to the crazy roughness of toddler boys for sure. Assembly instructions were clear, I’m a single mom and was able to build on my own. Only complaint is battery life, seems to run out more quickly than it should.

Back in late 2024 and early 2025, I bought two of these tractors, one for each of my 2 2-year-old grandsons who live in different states than I. Their parents reported that assembly was quite easy which is always a plus. The boys absolutely loved their tractors and used them almost daily. However, about a month ago one of the tractors was not working correctly, and I emailed the company and received a prompt response back in less than 24 hours. Through several communications, their excellent customer service rep, Rosa, was able to assess the issue and quickly arrange to send the necessary items to rectify the situation! I was quite pleased with the excellent service and quick responsiveness of their customer service agent Rosa. More importantly, my grandson is pleased that his favorite toy is back in service!!! SHOUT OUT to this company’s prompt and thorough customer service!!!
