DVD and CD don't work. All other functions work fine. Contacted company for support. Didn't hear back so I contacted them again mentioning it had been a long time awaiting response. They blamed it on the time zones and said they'd get back to me. That was five days ago.

Great sounding system. I just had to figure out had to operate it.. Didn't have any operating instructions, On line I guess. I had to cut a good out from under the dash to get it fit.

Installed easy enough using a wiring harness and a metra kit. However, every time I connect for Android auto, I get a black screen. I've tried five cables including two that are Google certified and the same result is a black screen. How to get into engineer or factory settings, beyond the basic setup. so far not happy.

My 83 year old mother-in-law drives a 2015 Kia Soul and the radio in it became intermittent in operation, so I looked for a modern replacement unit. She still uses CD's and that was an important factor in my selection. She has an iPhone, so Carplay was also important to her. She never has had a backup camera but was excited by the prospect of getting one. I ordered this unit and it arrived quickly! I used a Metra harness adapter, so I was able to build a wiring harness between this unit and the factory plugs on my workbench before I performed the actual radio installation. With this, I was able to make a very reliable and neat installation harness and to even retain the steering wheel control functions for the radio. Installation was quick (the premade harness helped a lot there!), straightforward and relatively easy. The only time consuming part was running the wiring for the back up camera but that is because I wanted it to be invisible. Once installed and powered up, the setup was very easy for the radio, steering wheel controls, CD, Bluetooth, etc. and the unit operates perfectly! I'm very impressed with this unit and I'd recommend it highly. There were not many choices when the CD feature was among the requirements so I am very happy that I found this unit with that feature.

Installed this unit and it works great! All functions are working as expected. The issues I had with it were related to the camera. It can only be installed on the underside of the chosen location. I needed to install it on the roof of my van and the images were inverted. There is no software solution I could find to flip the screen. I had to fabricate a new bracket to mount it on the roof and properly orient the screen. On the menu there is a camera adjustment option, but to see the functions you have to check it before installation. Once installed, entering the menu options indicates "no signal" with a blue screen, but when it is put into reverse to power the camera (with the reverse light power hook-up), the menu page disappears and is replaced with the camera view, so that menu option is worthless once installed. The cable for the camera was too short and I had to buy an extension to reach the cab/stereo. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know the cable length when I bought it so I could have also purchased the extension at the same time. I had to wait a few days after I discovered the problem to get the extension delivered. Once these issues were overcome it is working like I wanted.

I gave it 3 stars because it came well packed and it looked very nice. But during insulation I contacted tech support to see if there was a plug n play harness. They replied back " Hello, you need a radio that is special for your tacoma radio, our double din is not fit your car. maybe you need search"2007 tacoma radio" on amazon directly to find a right one" So I returned it to Amazon.
