The battery came with 2 bars. I used it in my Makita vacuum for a couple of minutes but quickly ran out of juice. When I put it on the Makita charger it starts to charge for 10 seconds but then stops and the charger blinks red and green. My two Makita batteries charged with no issues after that. When I ordered this I thought the price was too good to be true when I received this battery that was labeled 6m and it was the same size as my Factory 3 milliamp per hour batteries but it actually had less power I was not all that impress

I ordered this to have a battery for a drill/driver that a friend gave me that did not have a battery on it. Fits great on a Makita charger, adding new life to a tool my friend was going to throw away.

Dead scores on all three: one for the money, one for the life and one for then longevity. Zero ratings are not available. This item was dead on arrival then refused to charge in the Makita base charger. After twenty-four hour charging, the Makita's green and red blinking lights indicate the battery is defective. Therefore, the battery did not power my Makita cordless drill. I ordered this Dosctt 18 Volt 6.0Ah BL1860 BL1860B Replacement Battery Compatible with Makita 18V but this battery arrived in Amazon packaging in a smaller box branded "Zyxel Switch 5-Pport Managed Gigabit Switch. The label states, "Thanks to you, this product has a second life," and "Amazon Warehouse, Amazon Renewed and Fulfilled by Amazon." It's a bit of a hassle to return it.     • No way this is a 6ah battery
I bought this for my angle grinder. My Makita 3ah batteries yield about 20 minutes of run-time each. My Makita 1.5ah battery gives about 10 minutes. This battery also gives about 10 minutes. All of my batteries are less than 30 days old. That said, it’s still worth the $34. The charge indicator works well, connects to the charger with minimal jiggling, and charges fast (as all 1.5ah batteries would). ... show more
