My wife and I purchased the 71.25” version with ottoman for our game room. So far I’m very happy with the couch but I just got it set up today, so I’ll try to remember to add an update later on down the road. That being said, here’s the pros and cons in my opinion as it currently stands. Pros: •Great price for the quality. •Fabric is very soft but seems durable. •Assembly requires no tools and took me all of 30 minutes to finish by myself. •Looks like it’s a top dollar couch while being budget friendly. •Firm cushions but soft sprung base underneath for a supportive but plush feel •Light weight and easy to move around once assembled. •Goes together like Lego for easy disassembly later on if needed. I only have one con: •The instructions had a couple steps out of order. (To avoid dealing with this yourself, here’s my two recommendations.) When you join the two metal frames that create the bottom of the couch, put the center legs on those metal frames as well and then use the bolts to join them all at one time. If you follow the instructions as written, you will end up bolting the frames together without the legs, only to find out you then have to remove the bolts to add the legs in the next step. So I’d recommend doing it all at once. The other example of backwards steps is with the front “face” of the couch. The face is two board joined together and there’s a cloth cover that goes on the boards. I’d recommend attaching the cloth cover to the front board before installing it. (this board is the front part of the couch that helps join the armrests. It’s what makes the “face” of the couch.) If you follow instructions as written, it will have you install the board without the cover, and then apply the cover later at the end which requires removal of the board. So again, like the base and legs, I’d recommend doing it all in one go to avoid having to undo and redo work later on. In all my first impressions are great and I’m happy with my purchase. My reasons for rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the instructions and the fact that this is still only my first impression and time will tell if it lasts. ONE MONTH UPDATE: The cushions are still nice and plush and it seems to be holding together quite well so far. The ottoman has been especially great since it makes a convenient place to store blankets. We have dogs who we allow on the furniture and the fabric seems to be holding up just fine even with their added abuse. The fabric doesn’t hold onto the dog fur either so it’s been very easy to keep clean which is obviously a great feature if you have pets. Still very happy with the purchase and would still recommend to others. Will try to remember more updates as time goes on.

For the price, I'm not disappointed. You don't want to over pay for something you can't keep. Im keeping it. If you're looking for super soft falling into the cushion types this is not the one. BUT it is definitely comfortable that I could nap on it. I like medium to firm beds so I love it. Ive been lounging on it all day today. There are spings on the base. There are spring on the cushions and not your back rest. There is bounce. The cushion and pillows have zippers so I washed them and let them air dry so the foam had time to expand without constraint after breaking the vacuum seal. Today is day two. I went and bought some filler for the back because it LOOKs thin (it was comfortable either way). There wasn't a lot of space to add a lot. Assembly? Super simple. People dont read so the picture diagrams are great. And because it isn't screwed on, it is easy to disassemble for your next move! Is it sturdy? YES. There are no tools needed or screws to screw. Do all the pieces slide easily? It needs a little force on some areas, which I'm not mad about, keeps it sturdy and put together. Assembly took me 20 minutes. I wish I bought the bigger one but I think the small one is the best call in case you ever have a small apartment. Oh and the back is attractive if you dont want it against a wall. 10/10 for me and I am recommending. And so is my cat. He loves the square arm rests to take a snooze.

We bought this couch specifically for putting in a bedroom and by that I mean bc it comes in a flat box that can be fit through a bedroom size door set at a weird angle. There is a wall directly in front of this door that is the width of the open door away from the doorway (so the door can be opened), as that room's closet is set on the other side of this wall. It did fit, in the box, into this room with no issues, so that was a plus. It was very easy to put together (another plus), but we couldn't figure out what the extra leg under the couch was for as it doesn't reach the floor at all and just hangs several inches off the floor under the couch. Regardless, so far there doesn't appear to be any stability issues from this, it's just weird. The couch did have some off gassing , likely from the memory foam cushions, which we used an air filter with carbon, an open window in that room and keeping that door closed, for roughly 3 days to dissipate. Right away it was obvious that longer couch legs were needed to make it comfortable to sit on for taller people. No big deal as I had read the reviews and expected this. So I got some 5 inch furniture legs to replace the legs it came with for $25. I wish I had ordered 6 inch legs as that would have been better but the 5 inch did help a great deal and I wasn't up to dealing with returning the 5inch legs or buying another set at this time. If you are over 5'8 with long legs and don't feel comfortable with your hips lower than knees when you sit, order at least six inch legs or taller to put on this couch, they are easy to switch out if they have a standard furniture leg size screw on them. The material on the cushion seat on one side of the couch is pulling now after several months of use. Not sure why only on one side as we sit on both sides the same amount? We are impressed that they used the type springs they did (another plus), as one usually only finds those on more expensive furniture. It does appear to be made with pretty safe materials other than the memory foam in the cushions, as far as VOCs and off gassing goes with cheap furniture, so that is a plus. I think if the company making this couch used 6inch legs instead of 3 and different material to cover the cushions so they didn't pill it would be totally worth the cost overall, even if they added the cost for these change to the price. Maybe using a greenguard certified polyester furniture upholstery for the cushions, like a material that's meant for long-lasting nontoxic furniture sitting, would stop the pilling from happening? I would pay more willingly for this feature tbh. Not sure I would ever wash the cushion covers anyway, also tbh. Overall, it works for why we bought it, the price was fairly decent for the build and materials, and it's pretty comfy with the longer legs added. Obviously we will have to replace the cushion covers at some future point, as that one side that's pilling is starting to look raggedy, so I guess it's good they come off for washing. With the amount of info hitting the world of the dangers of PFAS, VOCs and toxic building materials for home items/furniture, along with the increasing problems with autoimmune illnesses being more often linked with this, manufacturers are going to have to decide if using these cheaper dangerous chemicals in materials and plastics are worth it as people stop buying them. Increasing the use of safe materials like solid wood without glue and other chemicals in it, and not using stainguard/waterproofing in textiles and only using safe plastics (the kind not as likely to off gas or break down as easily) and safe metals are about to become very important. It would be nice to find decently built furniture to put in our homes that don't end up making us ill over time. It is a pain to shop for weeks just to find a nice couch or chair that's safe, built well and not stupid expensive (I did this before this purchase). I don't mind paying an increased price for that and as the demand for this goes up the costs for it will go down. It will also help with all the pollution problems we are facing globally with these toxins getting into drinking water if manufacturers will choose to stop using them. This company got close to that with this couch but if they take it a step further they would be really popular with the growing amount of people that are looking to buy products that fill those requirements. I don't regret the purchase. I like the couch, imo it just needs improved on and luckily the company made that easy for me to do if I want to spend more money on switching out the legs and replacing the cushion covers. For the price of this couch I can make those improvements myself. So a good buy overall for our purposes.

Fantastic couch for the price. I set it up by myself in about 45 minutes and it wasn’t difficult. Probably would’ve been easier with another person, but one works just fine! I love that the frame is made of metal and wood, not a piece of plastic in sight. Has a slight smell of being packaged up, but I’m not worried about it. It’s not strong. The beige color is gorgeous and accurate, a great neutral that will go with a lot of other colored pillows/blankets. Surprisingly comfortable for a couch delivered by mail. The seat cushions fluffed right up and are pretty squashy, the back cushions do need a little more time to fluff but they’re still comfy. It was a perfect buy since we have small doorways and awkward angles to get things into our place, and we have a small living area. Highly recommend !! EDIT: we’ve had the couch for about 2 months now and it’s still holding up well. The packaged smell went away quickly. It’s still fairly firm, but not uncomfortable by any means. The chenille fabric does pill quite a bit, but I used a fabric shaver thing I bought for my sweaters that were pilling. It worked great, will probably have to use it every couple of months with how much the cushions pill. Might as well add a fabric shaver to your cart along with the couch. Additionally, if you have cats, they will probably scratch this couch. When I set it up I immediately put peel and stick plastic anti-cat scratch panels all over the couch which has helped a lot, but I’ve had to add more because they love the fabric. Another thing to add to your cart if you’re buying the couch and have cats. EDIT: 10 month update. The couch still holds up! This is the only couch in our place so it is heavily used. The pilling is still frequent, I run a fabric shaver over it once a month and it’s just fine. My cats still love to scratch at it any chance they get, but if anything it’s a motivation for me to keep their claws trimmed. The only negatives we have noticed is that it has gotten very squeaky. The metal frame is sturdy, but it does make a lot of noise after a while. I’ve bought some metal lubricant and hope that will fix the problem. The seat cushions are still firm but comfortable, though are getting a little squashed and misshapen after frequent use. The back cushions also get squashed a bit, but I flip them from side to side once a month to keep the wear more even. To keep it looking nice I’d say it is a higher maintenance couch, but if you don’t have cats and if it’s not the primary couch in your home, it shouldn’t be much effort.

Surprising Quality! This beige loveseat arrived in a surprisingly small box. At first I thought, How in the world is a loveseat supposed to fit in there? Did they send the wrong item? But no! To my surprise, my husband assembled it fairly quickly, and once it was put together, we were impressed. It’s a very nice quality loveseat—well-built, sturdy, and attractive. It honestly blew my mind. The material feels great, the cushions are firm yet comfortable, and it offers good back support with a nice backrest height. I also appreciate its stability and space-friendly size. It actually looks much more expensive than what we paid for it. For comparison, we once rented furniture for an event that included an Ashley sofa and loveseat from their Maggie line. We liked it so much that we checked the price when we considered buying one—around $800+ just for the loveseat. This loveseat was about one-third of that price and has a very similar look and feel in quality. We’re very happy with our purchase!

Quality Control should be a priority!! I’m so disappointed because I took my time looking for a sofa that would work for my tiny apartment. After reading reviews I decided to buy this one and I’ve NEVER bought a large piece online before. First issue was that I only got tracking for part of the order and it wasn’t until I reached out to seller about assembly instructions that they gave me access to the other two numbers needed for the complete order. Multiple pieces is mentioned no where in the description when you place order. Then, items didn’t arrive on same day so I had to wait before I could out it together. Ottoman came first and after assembly I discarded box simply because I had no space for it in my apartment. I didn’t like that the QR code on 2nd shipment prompted you to put in address and email which I was hesitant about for privacy reasons. Luckily I was able to bypass it when seller replied to my message about assembly and included a video link. Issues with assembly: NO labeling of pieces except for middle legs(2). What was supposed to be about 30 minutes turned into almost 2 hours for that reason. The manual is not helpful due to pieces not being labeled so you don’t know which is the correct way to lay certain pieces before screwing and it causes you to have to redo certain things. The Velcro was not completely sticky in places caused fabric to stick out from sofa. The middle leg is not tight no matter how tight it was screwed which is unacceptable because it affects sturdiness of sofa. The ottoman is the only piece with full pillow filling, backrest pillows have several wrinkles that downgrade the look and feel, armrests feel like concrete, the bottom pillows are not comfy so if you sit at a certain angle you tend to lean to one side or the other and the middle is a no go for sitting simply because both pillows sort of sink in the opposite direction which makes for even less seating support and comfort. Ottoman doesn’t sit flush in either direction when pushed up to the sofa so there’s not really a comfortable sectional seating position either. It feels like your legs are elevated higher than your backside. I paid over $500 for the “L sectional” and I’ve only had it for about 3 days and it definitely is not work the money because it’s not put together well and customer has no recourse for returns due to a fee to do so. I had to discard my boxes due to space issues in my apartment but I would return asap if I could because I feel like I’ve wasted my money because I won’t be sitting on it due to the sheer uncomfortable seating. You can’t lay on it you can’t sit in the middle and if you sit on the side you feel like you’re going to roll to the left or right armrest and it’s not structurally sound due to drilling of holes and how certain screws don’t tighten as they should. Getting up from the sofa where the ottoman is feels like acrobatics and it absolutely does sit pretty low to the ground where you need support when you try to get up. The irony is that I bought this to replace a loveseat from a popular local furniture store that had oversized back rest pillows which made it impossible to sit back comfortably on the furniture to the point where I was getting back aches…. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

My best friend has this couch and I literally fell in love with it when I went to visit her, so of course I came home and ordered the longer version for myself. I’m 5’11” and the height and length are perfect for me. It fits perfectly in my living room too! I swear I searched forever for the right couch and I’m sooo happy I ended up with this one. It’s the perfect amount of firm while still being super comfortable. The back support is SO good, but it’s still comfy enough that I’ve already fallen asleep on it lol. It feels really sturdy and honestly looks way more expensive than it is. For under $1,000, the quality is actually so good. I was originally debating on getting one of those super soft cloud couches, but I’m so glad I didn’t. I wanted something cozy but still supportive that wasn’t going to lose its shape after sitting on it for a few months. The color is beautiful too and you can easily add some cute pillows and a blanket to make it even cozier. Also the shipping was insanely fast. I ordered it on a Monday and it was literally at my door by Wednesday. If you’re like me and have been looking at a million couches trying to decide, just get this one. I’m seriously so happy with it!
