Deadbolt was well packaged and had all the parts needed for install (except batteries). You'll need 4 AA batteries. Install is straight forward if you've installed a digital door lock before. You'll have to manage the wire that connects the front face to the rear. It goes right through the door hole. Tip: instructions call for drilling a hole in your door so that you can get a screw through. I didn't do that. Just use some adhesive tape to stick the top portion of both sides to the door. The screw is to prevent someone from twisting the top portion of the deadbolt. Personally, I didn't want to ruin my door with an extra hole... so I just used adhesive and it works really well. Operation has been flawless. I use both a code and the 2 RFID cards that come with the deadbolt. Both options work great. It would have been nicer to have a few more cards. I'm not sure where you can get more of those RFID cards. Overall, a solid deadbolt for the price. It installs pretty nominally like most other electronic deadbolts.

To begin with, the installation was super hard, the lock would not connect to my wifi. I had to send it back and get a replacement. Once I received the replacement it connect to the wifi and the lock was working fine until a month later when the key pad became glitchy and we changed the batteries several times and still the keypad on the outside would not work so instead of using the card and code we had to use the key. After having the lock for about a month and it clunking out I am now pass the 30 days with Anazon to return thd product and now i found myself putting my old lock back on. Waste of money I thought this would be a fantastic lock but it has a defect all of them do. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Horrible instructions, you need to press 5 to wake screen...i learned that from a reviewer. My unit is defective, when I lock it, it opens and closes the lock 10 times then stops. APP is utter garbage, I can't even unlock the door with it??? Also, when I try to test wifi the app gives me some gibberish about having "in" with "into" just wasted an hour of my life I'll never get back..moving onto another product..Trash.

Ok so honestly idk how people are saying it works all 3 of mine didn’t it was a mission to turn the screen on the cards it came in most def did not work I was not happy with this product they are cool and nice but still need work honestly they where easy to install and worked a little bit then once I want to come in the house they card never works and the password might if the blue numbers ever came on I will be returning this

It was easy to physically install but the app and actually programming it was a pain! The touch was either too sensitive and selected the wrong number or not sensitive at all and had to press it several times to even turn on. Well after about 8 months it’s time to replace it because it gets stuck to close and open and makes a horrible sound! So disappointed!

I have not been successful using this product with WIFI, what is the app I need to download? and why isn't it connecting to the settings? I have followed the instructions in the video but it doesnt indicate where to download the app, no the manual does not contain the QR CODE.

DO NOT BUY THIS LOCK, IT TOOK LONGER TO INSTALL THEN MY DOOR DID!! I BOUGHT DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. THE FIRST ONE AND THE SCREEN DIDNT WORK PROPERLY SO I FIGURED IT WAS DEFECTIVE AND BOUGHT ANOTHER.....IT WAS ONLY A LITTLE BETTER BUT STILL HORRIBLE THOUGH!!!!! THEN IT KILLED THE BATTTERY IN 3 DAYS. SENDING BOTH BACK!!!

This is a nice addition to our home. The keypad buttons are super loud so if someone was messing with it, you’ll hear it for sure! However, I live in Florida so when it gets hot outside, the keypad doesn’t work. Would suggest carrying the key for backup!
