The media could not be loaded. This is the cutest little thing. I bought it for my She Shed. The flames work beautifully. But as soon as I turned the heat on it started smoking. Now I’m afraid. I’ll just use it to set a nice ambience. Not worth burning down my She Shed! Lol!

    • Light on only but no flames in window after 1 day - I FIXED IT

EDIT: Someone answered my question "How do I fix flame not moving" by saying open the back & push in the plug. The "plug" they referred to is actually the end of a small bar that fell out if its hole. It resembles a rotating rotisserie rod, but about the size of a sucker (candy) stick. One end had fallen out of the end which had a plastic end. I put the stick back into it, pushed gently and now it works again. This stick has little foil pieces that turn around which creates the fake flames. I'm happy now. Garbage. Worked making a nice flame for ONE night. Now the flame does not move. The media could not be loaded. This fireplace is the best. It got me through the end of winter and still looks brand new. For being so little it sure produces a lot of heat. I like that you can choose to have it as just an electric fireplace or you can choose to have it as a heater 2. The fireplace has 2 modes one with low flames and one with high flames. Amazing price. A must have in every home if not just for heat but also for a nice to look at fireplace ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this little fire place. (It’s next to my salt lamp in the video.) It really makes our master bedroom feel warm and cozy. My favorite thing is sitting beside it with a book and a cup of tea. Without the legs, it’s shorter than a 2liter bottle of soda. The legs are optional. You attach them by screwing them onto the base. The sides, top, and bottom of this unit do not heat up. Air is drawn in from the back of the unit and released warm through a 2” x 14” vent on the face of the unit, right above the fire window. Very happy with how this looks. I posted a video and a link on social media and probably got at least ten friends to buy them. Everyone loves theirs as much as I love mine. :) ... show more

It's so cute! Keeps you toasty warm. I live in a small cottage in Florida, but even down here, the temperature sometimes gets down in the 30's, on occasion. It's perfect. So glad I purchased. I even have a speaker going to the sound of crackling flames. I would definitely buy again!!

The flames quit working within the first hour of use. The motion of them just froze so there is no movement or flicker. I’ve ordered a replacement because I like the look and the size.
