I'm not one to write reviews very often. Something has to far exceed my expectations for me to write one.... Here I am. About 6 weeks after getting the machine and putting it through some serious workouts only after researching for probably 2 months, I could not recommend this product more. Assembly is not ideal, but totally worth it for the product. It's the perfect size for a basement/garage gym, has the core of strength training available upon assembly, pulley system is smooth, and it's very sturdy. Those were all of my worries when ordering something based on pictures. One of the reasons I sent this route is because of the added weight stacks. That's a really nice touch and adds a lot of versatility to the routine. My wife also isn't much into lifting, but has been using this feature a lot more than I expected. Now, is this a professional gym unit that you'll find at your local gym? No. But is it everything and MUCH more than you can expect at this price? Absolutely. I look forward to more products from GO NOW - maybe some additional accessories for this unit like shoulder or leg press attachments?!

So far it’s living up to my expectations. It arrived on time and in great condition. I’ve had it for a while now and couldn’t be happier with it. It’s a sturdy, smooth-operating machine that feels very secure during workouts, and I’ve had zero issues. Assembly took some time, but it wasn’t difficult—especially with the help of the YouTube assembly video provided by DONOW. The instructions were clear, and everything fit together well. For the price, this machine is an outstanding value. It delivers quality, functionality, and performance that you’d expect from much more expensive equipment. I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their home gym.

For the price, this machine can’t be beat, it’s convenient, sturdy, looks nice, and hasn’t broken after a few months of use. Great space saver, however, there are some minor flaws that prevent me from giving it a 5 star rating. 1. The overall friction throughout the cable system is high, largely due to the fact that the bars on which the weights slide are plastic. This creates a unfavorable force curve. 2. The holes are supposed to be 5/8”, however, most attachments with the same measurements have a hard time going in, not a deal-breaker, just something to note. If you are on the fence about buying this, don’t hesitate, I’ve tried many other functional power racks that are double or even triple the price, and practically do the same things.

I looked at quite a few Smith machines before purchasing this one. It's hard to decide what is going to give a good workout. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. First, putting the machine together took time and had to open 3 boxes before actually starting. It took about 8 hours to put it together. The directions were good though so no complaints. After putting it together, the machine is sturdy and I don't have concerns about it taking apart. The main bar has very smooth movement and works great. The safety stops on it are nice if working out solo. Most of the pulleys for the front of the machine are plastic but they seem good quality and rolled well. The height adjustment for the front of the machine allows numerous push or pull exercises and is great. There is a good amount of weight on the machine... 352 pounds. That is enough for most any exercise. I have used the machine just a handful of times so far and am satisfied with the machine. It is sturdy, well made, and I get a good workout. I would recommend this.

So I am giving this a five star review, but I am still getting the machine built. I started at roughly 3pm on Sunday. It’s Monday morning and I’m at least close to finished. Most of this initial review is how amazing the company did with some hiccups on delivery. FedEx delivered 7 of the 8 boxes. Yes, this comes in 8 heavy boxes. FedEx damaged the stacks and the company worked with me to get me replacements. The materials are very hardy. It looks to be extremely tough and that’s amazing. A bit of advise, the left/right in regard to the parts are right hand if you’re standing under the machine facing OUT not in. My foot plate for rows is on the wrong side. By the time I figured it out, I had come too far. Doesn’t seem to matter. The video and the written instructions are frustrating in their own ways. It would be nice if the video had narration, not just two guys making assembly look like it’s a snap. A narrated video would be PERFECT. I wish they had this. I’m almost finished and I think I may either be missing some bolts or because of the confusion of the instructions they’ve already been used. Not completely sure but I’ll figure it out. But I’m almost done! I am extremely excited to get this done. The cable system looks extremely complex but as you do it you’ll be amazed. I am excited to actually use this! It fits in my space perfectly, zero issues. It’s like it was built to be in my space. This literally has everything that you’re going to need for your fitness journey whether you’re just getting started, or you’re a veteran. This thing is extremely versatile. I love this thing and I haven’t even been able to get started using it yet! ***** So I assembled the machine. It’s so smooth with the weight stacks. The cable is so tight that the very top weight of the stack doesn’t rest. But I can push it down to ensure the pin goes where it needs to go. First few reps it feels easy. But then it gets harder. I got a 300lbs plate set. The plate pegs hold the weight with ZERO issue. Customer service told me, if I remember correctly, each plate peg can hold 200lbs. That’s 400lbs per side. I don’t need anywhere near that much, but it’s good to know it’s available. This was an amazing purchase. I am so happy. I am excited to build my body to where I want it to be, and as I get older maintain my strength. The customer service is great. Literally my only complaint is that the video doesn’t have narration. You do yourself a disservice if you don’t get this, or the steel stack option. You’re going to get a great workout and once you understand the assembly process it’s not that hard. Stop reading this review! Order the machine and start owning your life!!!
