We received the shipment about four day quicker than the estimate. It came well packaged. I was able to put this together solo in about 3 hours with a few breaks. The pieces came packaged clearly. In the end, nothing was missing and all screws/wires/bolts fit correctly into the machine, etc. The instructions are not great but the video helped when things got confusing. Its compact size fits well in a home gym setup compared to most other smith machines on the market, especially if you have a shorter ceiling. Operates smoothly and has versatility. Assembly went very smooth for the most part. It would be helpful if the assembly instructions included more detailed explanations for some steps. I am very happy with this product. I did a lot of research into compact Smith machines, and this fits the bill. A lot of utility, the dimensions are true to size, and it was quite easy to assemble with just one person. Two people would definitely make it easier, but, possible with just one. I don’t typically write product reviews, but this machine and the seller deserves an awesome review. This machine has everything: chest station, smith machine and both a top and lower cable pulley. I do have to say the instructions in the book was hard to follow so use the video link provided. I had one part that was slightly damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and had excellent customer service. I received my replacement part in the mail today. I am in love with this machine and the price point and quality of this machine is well worth it. Looking forward to using this for years to come! ... show more

I ordered the DONOW smith machine. It arrived and the assistance from messaging the company was always on point of I needed anything. The machine is well build and solid. The assembly was pretty straightforward until it was time to run the cables through the wheel tracks. That was extremely confusing to me, as the instructions are very difficult to figure out, when it comes down to the cable connections. There is a YouTube video that helps but it is still difficult to figure what goes where. But I survived and the machine works extremely well. If I had to do it again, I would have made it a couple days set up vs. trying to get the machine done asap. Highly recommend and if anything is missing or not working, they will fix it.
