We moved to an area with a large feral cat population. A mama cat had kittens, all sight impaired, one totally blind. Unlike the other four, the blind kitty couldn't leave our deck. We were fortunate to find Magoo and his one sister a loving home but before they could go there, we had a batch of really hairy inclement weather coming. Uh-oh! We tarped half of our deck and put houses, toys, a litter box, astroturf, and this playhouse under the tarp. We added a soft bed inside the playhouse. Magoo loved it! Then the best thing happened, his siblings came up to play with him in the house! Even better, they all curled up to sleep in it. This is one of the best purchases I ever made! I HIGHLY recommend this house. When the top is zipped a kitten or cat, (I would say under 11 pounds), can sleep on it. The two doors allow the kittens to tear right through it! Fostering 3 young rescued kittens from 2 weeks old as the LA County Shelter system was going to kill then. I started with the small size and graduated to the medium size at about 4 was old. They are now 10 weeks old and I am now looking for a larger enclosure. Kittens are kept inside the enclosure overnight but have run of part of the house the rest of the day. My cat hangs out in what I call her cat condo. It is large enough for a bed, water & food bowls and a toy or two. I elevated it and placed it next to a window so that one of the windows line up. There's plenty of windows to observe what's going on but still gives the cat that sense of privacy when she chooses to retreat. Love this pen. It is so cute and just the right size. I purchased it for my granddaughter's miniature rabbit but he chewed around the zipper until it opened. I'm very disappointed because it's very nice and I thought it would work. I've only had it a few hours. Can I return it?

Bought this for a trip to the Grand Canyon. I didnt want birds of pray to take off with my Yorkies. It held all 3 of my dogs with room to spare. Easy to move around. Compact to store. Love the zip on/off option for the floor and ceiling. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because it arrived wet INSIDE the plastic packaging and bone dry on the outside. We love this. We had an oopsie cat get pregnant from a tom that was dumped near our house. We could not be happier with how this has worked out for the best mama kitty ever. It kept her and her kittens in a contained area until they were ready to roam. It kept the grand kids away from the kittens. It kept the dog away from them--she just wanted to be friends and mama did hop out and slap that nose a couple times. But i cannot say enough GREAT things about this. I bought this for my 4lb yorkie. The first time I left her in it she chewed the zipper and managed to escape. I thought the quality was good but now I have a playpen I can’t use. Be cautious - thankfully there weren’t any dangers outside the pen.
