  • Good buy. Works perfect easy to use.
I really like this little speaker.. it awesome.. Its definitely worth the price if you looking for small battery powered speaker and need a little mixer on it. Wow great product. I use it for a full speaker at wedding ceremony as wedding DJ. Some times you need a small speaker to help fill in large open areas with blasting you name speaker system. I love it. I bought two. And works perfect in the yard for cook outs very powerful. ... show more

  • Impressive for the Money Impressive for the Money
Great Value for the money. The separate channels with eq, separate BT, digital effects and battery powered are legit. Good volume. The sound quality is obviously not as good as more professional brands that cost 2 to 3 times more , but over delivers for the price. Performed well with a guitar rig set up for direct to PA. Bluetooth connected instantly to iPhone 17pro. Great cost effective option for Busking, Karaoke and a direct rigs; especially if you have good gear running into it. Don’t recommend bass and obviously won’t sound like a 4/12 Cab, but a decent bass response for the size, weight and price. ... show more

  • Not great as an acoustic guitar amp
Pros – • Pretty good for streaming audio, loud and tonally well balanced. • No latency on the AUX input Issues – • The manual does not explain how the features work and y other other details. • Battery charge indicator only seems to work when the unit is plugged into the charger. The audio of the amp shuts off while all of the lights are still on. Microphone Channel – • The “Anti-Howl” adds horrible inharmonic tones of weird tremolo. This is on by default and reset to on every time you power up. This “feature” is totally useless and can cause real problems if you don’t turn it off. Guitar Channel – • Over-aggressive noise gate that cuts off the highs. There is no way to adjust this of turn it off. • It is easy to overload the input and it cuts out and makes a bad sound. It is very difficult to adjust the gain structure and still get enough over-all volume output. • The frequency of the MID control is too high to manage the “body” tone of the guitar. • The REVERB and ECHO are just ok but have no controls to change time or anything other than mix. • None of my acoustic guitars sound good through this amp I have found a very few people complaining about these issues. They are so obvious to me I am surprised. Several of these issues are deal breakers. I am returning it. ... show more

  • Great value. Great vox & streaming.
"Microphones & streaming are nice. When I plug an instrument in, the distortion is AWFUL. Donner may get back to me with a good response, but at this point, I say it's USELESS. My perfect Gretsch & very exclusive Walrus amp sim sound like utter $#@& on this thing, incredibly!!! I've had quality guitars, interface, pedals, etcsince 1984. This isn't ok." <== MY 1ST REVIEW. (Note: I got this thing because I think Donner guitar pedals are a great value. My problem was solved in TY. But, Donner's response was fast.) I was going to keep this as a decent value, because I only had problems with amp sim pedals (and my friends hot, active bass). After going to a buskers YT channel that liked this PA, I "get it". I had the volume in too high. Even cranked, this thing sounded great -- I only got distortion when adjusting volume. 4 stars because you have to dial back some headroom on hot signals. I'm still keeping it. If you want to plug an acoustic straight in and sing, this IS great for you. If you are a singer songwriter or teacher or w/e -- it's 10/10 for you. I need an electric piano for theory & composing classes - I may very well get a Donner. HF. ... show more

  • Way beyond my expectations for the price.
Puts out good clean sound. Lots of controls, especially on the app. Solid build, very portable, works on standard stand, chair or floor. Makes for an affordable, completely battery powered system. Instructions could be better. It took a while to figure out that using a mixer with guitar output requires using channel 2 in mic priority mode (frustrating). I highly recommend for practice and solo or small group performance in small venues. I can imagine using 2 of these for medium venues. ... show more

  • Nice little portable PA system
I'm enjoying this Donner PA system so far. It's at a good price point for the all features it has. I like the built in battery so you don't have to always look for a power outlet. The app interface is nice. I will say you can use the app mainly for adjusting volume level on the main output, also for the different volume levels and tones for the channels and inputs. But for things like turning phantom power on and off, you have to go through the menu on the unit. That was more informational, than a complaint. It feels pretty solid as well. It has good treble and bass tones and clarity and loudness are good. I'm overall pleased with it. ... show more

  • Probably not user tested at all in the real world. Just paid promo for YouTube.
Bluetooth is terrible. Cuts out from 10ft away in the next room with no door between. Also, makes audible sound when it connects. So if you are using at a gig, move too far with your phone, then get back in range, the audio from aux or mic will duck and you hear a chime that bluetooth is connected. Odd way to handle that when BT is required for setting the input options and EQ, so you can’t just keep it disconnected. Been testing with my turntables as well. I wanted this as a monitor for gigs so I could also record my mixes. I get constant stutters and dropouts on the recorded audio. I’ve tried connecting via the XLR and the Aux inputs. These aren’t audible stutters on the speaker, only in the recording. Also, any speaker adjustments you make to EQ on the speaker affect the recording and make these issues even worse. If you close and reopen the app during recording you can hear it cut out when the app re-opens and connects, probably resending the EQ and level adjustments. Once you stop recording, you have to remove the flash drive before recording again. And play starts automatically when you stop recording. That’s a bad design. When I tried a 2nd recording, audio to the speaker was entirely cut and despite adding a file to the flashdrive, it contained no audio. So, I wouldn’t trust this for recording anything important. Also, with the app there is no way to identify more than 1 speaker. They have the same name, so very difficult to adjust them for anyone wanting to use 2. You have to disconnect 1, then hope you connect to the correct one that you want to adjust. No stereo pairing so EQ and other settings are difficult to match. Audible cutout when switching any parameters in the app. If knobs are set differently from app settings, the levels jump rather than pickup only when you move past the current setting. So not smooth. In general, the sound is ok for what it is, but seems to distort pretty quickly. I set input level to 30, which is a little more than 1/2. No clip lights on the Aux channel so I assume this is safe level. Then set Main Volume to 30, and sound ok but not very loud. Going higher on input or main volume it starts to distort. Will be returning. ... show more

  • Works very well outdoors.
At first I had concerns, but after testing it outdoors this amp fulfills all of our needs: It is loud enough to be heard in the back of a 500+ person crowd. The signal can be sent to additional powered speakers for a very loud PA system. It has 3 band EQ that works very well. It has a bluetooth system for playing music through the system that works well. It has two XLR inputs that allows for an extra microphone. The phantom power is accessible in the menu display. ... show more
