    • Comfy pillow, just not for me
I have bad neck and back problems. Was suggested to try out this pillow. Slept on it for about 3 weeks, and some days I'd wake up with less pain than normal, other days more pain. My wife tells me I "shrimp" at night with my chin tucked into my chest, dead asleep. Thinking a neck pillow might be what I need to keep my head straighter, to alleviate some of my neck pains. I needed a pillow with better elevation and head support and was hoping this pillow would have been a game changer but it’s not. It’s just ok. It’s too flat for me. I was hoping it would have been more elevated so that my arms would fit comfortably around it when I sleep on my stomach but it’s too tight and squished. Even when I lay on it, when I am on my back I feel like it’s flattened. It is super soft which is nice but it’s not what I was hoping for. I decided to go back to my wedge pillow. Update: I've received 6 emails (in 5 days) since the company saw my original review and offered me $30 to change my review to 5 Stars and asked for my PayPal. Nah, I'm good. You lose a star for that. I have purchased several special pillows for neck pain. I have purchased at Chiropractor’s office, referral from ortho clinic, great sounding ads and personal recommendations. This king size pillow is by far, the BEST purchase I have made! It was a personal recommendation and I was very skeptical. Thought it would be another $50 plus pillow that helped some with neck and back pain, but I was wrong!. I am a side sleeper and often would awake with neck pain and back pain where I had twisted my body trying to get comfortable. Not so with this pillow. This pillow is very flat. It might work for back sleepers or stomach sleepers, but not for side sleepers like myself. I already owned a cervical pillow and it’s getting old and starting to get flatter than it was when it was new. I was hoping this one would be a good replacement but it is even flatter than my 6 year old pillow! I promptly returned it. Thank you for the refund. ... show more
