This is a great RV toilet! It keeps oders down, it has a soft, close lid, the height is good, and the rinse is through. This company really stands behind their products.. I had a customer service issue and although it took a little bit of patience, it was resolved well

This toilet is a huge upgrade over the plastic 300. If you’re like me and hate the creaking and cracking sounds of an all plastic toilet then this is the one. The wood slow close seat is as close to home as you can get

Works nicely. Initially, the seal at the bottom of the bowl was not sealing, but I followed the instructions on how to address this (add some silicone grease and then a bunch of hot water to the bowl). That did the trick. It seals perfectly even when in storage.

New and improved Dometic toilet

We had no idea our Dometic replacement would have the soft close feature, was much quieter and had a solid wood seat cover. It is so much better than the older one even though there’s only eight years difference.

Must buy replacement for the RV

A Dometic 300 toilet was sold with our RV. After a while this detective toilet showed it colors and began to smell up the RV. Once I was able to confirm this issue I immediately ordered the Dometic 310. What a game changer! The unit is solid which is nice for me weighing 270 lbs. All sewer smells are
now gone!! The toilet fit right in the existing space with no issues. Would buy this product again.

310 model, definitely an upgrade from 300

Purchased the 310 model to replace the original 300 and it qas the best choice ever. Its been about 2 weeks since installed and no leaks, slow closing lid which is nice, no more poo getting stuck to bowl flushes great and it's so pretty!
