Watch a YouTube video on how to install it’s more helpful than the written instructions. “Whitestone dome install” First try, air bubble would not move. Tried to move by hand but was not successful. Had to remove resin from screen protector and phone a bit of a mess. Second try, air bubbles did move towards the edge and disappeared. I think speed was the key here as soon as the resin touches the screen protector REMOVE the pin to drop the screen protector. I’m not sure how to word this exactly. The glass, is not durable at all. I broke my screen protector the FIRST day. On the FIRST time dropping it! BUT, it did do its job, protect my screen. So....there is that. I guess I’m happy, but I’m not at the same time. I think I’m going to do some research and find a more durable screen protector. ... show more

These are the best available & I’ve been using them for years on many different phones. Unfortunately the one I received is scratched, it’s not a crack nor is it shattered or very visible but it has a long scratch right in the middle. It was unfortunately too late in the installation process otherwise I’d ve definitely returned it as I expect a certain quality with these & am disappointed that I received a damaged one. I can still say that these are the best for your phone but please carefully inspect everything before you install it. ... show more

I've been using this product for years on multiple phones, most recently iPhone 12's (two in my family) Samsung (also two in my family). The first try was touch and go. I got it on the second attempt. since then, I have never had a difficulty and have mastered the art! It's well worth the effort. I have broken my Dome protection glass twice with never a scratch on the screen. In addition to saving in the cost of repair, it saves my the time and inconvenience of getting the screen replaced. my phone fell screen down. the glass protected the screen. only the dome glass is cracked. if I had put the usual cheap glass, I would have already changed the entire screen for myself.

These used to be great as I have been using whitestone for years. I cant recommend these for the iphone 12 because no matter how long I waited the bubbles were TERRIBLE. The middle of the phone just would not cover so it was just a waste of time. I tried another and the same thing happened. I have a s22 ultra and while it works a little better, it has cracked within a couple of weeks. I will be looking elsewhere for my screen protectors ... show more

    • Plastic case is bent and wabbles so liquid slides immediately to the sides
I used a level and also a level app, but the moment you open the tube, the liquid spills to the sides and is partially absorbed by the side absorbers included in the box and into the bottom of the case itself... They include two tubes as a courtesy, but second try had same result. I was trying this in an iPhone 12 max, and maybe due the size, the plastic case is not perfectly straight and wabbles to all side. Maybe it would work better on smaller phones, but I can't recommend this product. Save your money. ... show more

    • Waste of money. Go with Spigen.
Where to begin... Purchased for iPhone 12 Pro Max. First off, the hole where the pull pin goes was not milled all the way through, I ended up taking an exacto knife to it to cut open the slot. Secondly, the microfiber cloths to help clean dust off the screen literally were falling apart and leaving more debris than they removed. Third, the screen protector came pre-scratched. May not have been noticed except that bubbles instantly formed where the scratches were. And lastly, the while frame was very dusty, dirty, and had pieces of dust and dirt constantly falling off it. Very disappointed in such an expensive product. Save yourself the hassle and get the Spigen version, easier installation. ... show more
