Used if for the first time to clean my gutters and it broke on the first use.....My gutters were professionally cleaned 1 month ago so I was only cleaning leaves inside the gutter and figured this should do the job, however it struggled to move the leaves, the wire was constant moving and it broke within the first 15 minutes of using. I'm 100% Revising my original 1 star review and here's why: When I ordered this product we were in DESPERATE as we have Pines right near the house and the gutters were getting totally clogged. I searched all over Amazon and settled on trying this one. BUT- It was terrible and bent so easily my husband couldn't use it- so I returned it ⭐️⭐️⭐️****BUT***⭐️⭐️⭐️ A few weeks later I received a message from Whitney who owns the company, offering to give me a NEW Version she'd revised it to, and apologized for the one I'd returned. That in itself was pretty darn amazing, but the greatness doesn't end there! Not only did Whitney send me a Replacement that's FAR SUPERIOR to the Original, but she sent me 2! One blue, and one Green and both are AWESOME!!... I'm honestly not sure yet what the difference is between the 2 colors, but I can tell you these are awesome, far more superuor to the OG, really seem to work far better, and feel 100 TIMES stronger. I give this company and this owner Whitney an A++! And the product from what I can tell now is a 5 Star out of 5! She truly cared enough to make sure that even though I'd returned my original one, that she made it DOUBLY right, in sending me 2 new ones, that work FAR better and are Far stronger. I cannot express more, how much this stellar customer CARE and service mean. Again, adding to the excellent service, the products themselves are for sure far better, so she made a point to revamp the design and quality and that is what makes me WANT to rewrite this review. Also, I'll note she never even asked me to write a new review! I bought this product for my 85 year old mom to help her get the leaves off of her roof and gutters. She cannot use a ladder and I was looking for something that might help. She can easily stand on her deck and sweep the leaves off the top of her gutters. The only negative is that I wish the end were curved a little more sharply. Would recommend. ... show more

Great tool if it was sturdy enough. Brush attachment only last a month. I was able to get 3 good uses out of it but definitely expected more durability. Follow up: Dolymoly was very responsive following the review. They acted immediately with delivering another brush in which the wiring seems more durable. Haven’t used it but once briefly and it held up well. I look forward to really testing it out to see how it does. I applaud Dolymoly for taking steps to make things right ... show more

This is a great tool! Lightweight, super easy to put together and take a part for storage. I have gutter guards so it is great to brush the leaves off that settle on the guards without having to climb a ladder. I'm 5'3" and the length is perfect to reach the gutters.
