    • Will not do business with the seller and product is defective
Ordered product despite bad reviews. When it arrived I put it together and placed it in my pool. The robot would not run. I tired connections reread the directions nothing. Moved 2 inches forward then back and stopped. I contacted the manufacturer. I was given a utube video on how to fox the problem. I was told during shipping the motor may have moved. Did as told product still would not work. They apologized and couldn't help me further. I asked to send it back as it's not working. The manufacturer advised its a known problem with the product that the motors shift and it stops working. Refund issued and now I'm getting 156.00 with tax for the return. I paid 1336.00. WOW what a rip off, the product doesn't work manufacturer couldn't fix it either. Will not do business with this seller again! And will not buy any dolphin products going forward. ... show more

    • HORRIBLE...Rotting wires
After having the machine a year and 3 months the power cord is rotting even thouogh it has been cleaned everytime after use. It works great other than that but if that goes then it is worthless.
