It’s a decent soundbar with a subwoofer built into it. The draw back is, there’s no code or programming the remote to my Xfinity remote. So stuck with using 2 remotes which can be annoying at times.

This review is for: Dolphin SNB-1100S All-in-One Sound Bar with Built-in Subwoofers and Bluetooth I wasn't sure what to expect with this. Based on the pictures, it really didn't look like much. By the price, I figured the sound would be pretty decent, and much better than my TV speakers. I was pretty blown away when it arrived. It was big and extremely heavy! I had severely underestimated the size and weight of this thing. This is a substantial sound bar - not some light plastic cheap thing at all. We got a Mount that allows you to mount the sound bar either above or below your TV, using the Vesa Mount on the back of your TV. We decided to use it below the TV. So this is mounted permanently below the TV and moves wherever the TV moves. It works fantastic. The remote does not come with the batteries, but it seems to be a decent remote and works well. The sound is excellent, in my opinion. Such an upgrade to our TV sound that it blew us away. I'm rather picky about bass and this as a decent amount of bass to it. Having it mounted directly below the TV, the sound is directed straight at us which makes words easy to hear and the sound is great. I wouldn't hesitate to get this again. I hooked this up to my TV and worked out the connecting of the sound bar to the TV with the included 3.5mm audio cable. I tried the BT connection and it stutters the sound and doesn't work well, I suspect that this is related to close proximity to the TV, the weather station, a wireless phone charger and the Dish Hopper that may be causing interference. But the included cable works great. The sound is mind boggling. I have abbot $5k into a full Klipsch Atmos system at my house, and it can nearly dismantle the house. I say that so you know that I'm not unaware of great quality and great powerful sound. Once you get this bad boy set up, it's shocking what it does. I had expectations of it being better than the TV, but not by a huge amount. Wrong. Very very wrong. Bass that shakes my cabin, dynamic sound output that startles and scares you. Explosions rock you, subtle sounds peak at you. You want music? Loud, no.... really load and really clear music? Check. Go to YT music or wherever you want to get it and this bar is going to have your next door neighbor calling the police on you. Honestly, I'm so amazed that I feel like writing this will look as if I'm lying. I'm not. This is fabulous for just a small amount of money. ... show more

    • Ok sound bar
I'm probably a little extra critical of this sound bar than I should be, this is 'replacing' my studio monitors in the interest of space and this speaker is a noticeable downgrade. Bass is acceptable, mids for some reason sound a bit fuzzy - I tried with both Aux and Bluetooth modes and same track produced same fuzzy sound I've normally not heard on previous monitors. It's not super distracting, but I cringe when I hear it. Treble was a bit much but I've just lowered it via source audio equalizer. Volume level can go higher than I normally prefer, so that's a plus. Device does come with 3 eq built-in but weren't my style. Remote works well. Speaker is a tad larger than I thought it would be as hard to get reference size from the pictures, a good thing (was too lazy to look at dimensions - wanted to try out a sound bar asap). Overall a decent sound bar for features but sound quality just ok in my opinion. ... show more

Prior to discovering Dolphin Audio, I wasn't familiar with the brand. However, a few months ago, I picked up one of their Bluetooth speakers, and I was thoroughly impressed by the sound quality and bass it delivered. When I stumbled upon this Dolphin Sound Bar in my recommended list, I decided to give it a shot, as I needed a soundbar for my new living room setup. I must say, I'm very happy with my choice! Considering its price point, this soundbar is an absolute steal. In comparison to my 2.1 Bluetooth soundbar and subwoofer combo in the bedroom, this soundbar surpasses it in terms of volume, clarity, and depth of bass - all without the need for a separate subwoofer. While I wouldn't consider myself an audio enthusiast, I do own products from renowned brands like Bose, M-Audio, and Sony. This soundbar can easily hold its own against them, delivering impressive audio quality without breaking the bank. Among all the products I've reviewed on Amazon, this one has earned a spot in my top 10 list of exceptional finds.
