    • The merchant cares about its product
For me it was easy to look at the picture and assemble it from the picture. The instructions were OK for finding what screws needed to go where. Overall I am concerned about the condition of the lumber/wood that was sent. Two of the large supports had cracks in them. I do wonder how it will stand up to rain and snow. I decided to use 4, 40 pound sandbags to keep it secured to mother earth. It seemed easier when I wanted to move it around the lawn for cutting. Attaching the two ends to the top section can be difficult. The seller contacted me concerning the wood. The seller made me an offer that I deemed was above beyond to show that this merchant cared about their customers and their products. ... show more

    • Bummer that couldn't install due to smaller backyard
Ordered it as it looks great in pictures and from reviews. Wood looks good quality when unboxed it however couldn't get a chance to assemble it due to small sized backyard and space issues.

Customer service contact was very helpful to fix my issue while setting up the playground. He was able to look at my pictures and help fit the metal bars. My 2 year old and 4 year old loves it. The product is great for my space.

    • Looks great but too wobbly for bigger kids
I picked this because of the monkey bars, which are really cool, but we have found the swing set is too unstable for our kids. The wood flexes and the wobbles when they swing. We added extra screws to secure and additional stakes, but it still moves back and forth when they swing. It may be that our kids (6 &10) are too big for it, despite the weight limit. This is a good but small swing set. We had an issue with shipping so it took longer than expected to get to us, but seller sent us the saucer swing for free to make up for the shipping mishap.
